Clerk Of Circuit Court To Host Passport Day
Ms. Pat Frank, Hills- borough County Clerk of Cir- cuit Court and Comptroller, will hsot a special Passport Day. The event will take place on Saturday, March 26th, from 7 a.m. until 2:30 p.m., in Room 140, of the County Courthouse, 419 Pierce Street.
“With summer around the
corner, we wanted to open our downtown office on a Sat- urday as a service to those planning overseas travel,” Ms. Frank said.
Last year, the office ac- cepted more than 8,000 pass- port applications on weekdays at its four locations. The number of people re- questing passports is so great

that the office must require that they make appointments. No appointments are re- quired to obtain a Passport during this event. However, those individuals in need of a passport are encouraged to go
online to reserve a spot. Those visiting the website will find useful information about applying for a passport.
They will need proof of citi- zenship (birth certificate, nat- uralization paper, or old passport in good condition); photo identification; a pass- port photograph; and pay- ment.

COGIC Closes Out 7 Days Of Anointed Services
The Southwestern Jurisdiction of Florida of the Church of God in Christ (COGIC) closed out 7 days of anointed services on Sunday, February 28, 2016. The speaker for the closing service was Bishop Matthew Williams, pastor of Brown Memorial Church of God in Christ and Jurisdictional Prelate.
The Presiding Bishop of the Church of God in Christ, The Most Reverend Bishop Charles Blake of Los Angeles, CA, was in Tampa on Thursday as the featured speaker.
