Florida Sheriff’s Deputy Booked On Charges He Stole From Inmate
NYPD Lieutenant Texted ‘Not A Big Deal’ After Eric Garner Death
NYPD Lt. Christopher Bannon wrote “Not a big deal” in a text message when he was told that Eric Gar- ner was likely dead on ar- rival after Officer Daniel Pantaleo applied what turned out to be a fatal chokehold during an arrest in July 2014.
Garner could be heard re- peating “I can’t breathe” 11 times on video taken at the scene, but Pantaleo, who is currently facing a disciplinary
hearing that could lead to his termination, didn’t let the man go. Bannon wrote “Not a big deal. We were effecting a lawful arrest,” when he was told by a sergeant at the Staten Island scene that Gar- ner had no pulse.
The texts and testimony have triggered renewed anger about police brutality across the U. S. “I can’t breathe” be- came a powerful slogan of the Black Lives Matter move- ment.
Medical Examiner Classifies Police Shooting Of Houston Woman A Homicide
Like Spike Lee once ex- claimed, “It’s gotta be the shoes!”
No, really. The Nike Air Max 97 must be some kind of shoe if a jail guard found them worth going to jail over.
That’s what authorities are saying about a Florida sheriff’s deputy who is ac- cused of stealing an inmate’s $250 Nike Air Max 97 limited
editions, the Associated Press reports.
Marion County Sheriff’s Deputy Nicholas Frank Rudders was booked into his own jail, where he is a de- tention deputy, on a charge of petit theft.
Authorities say surveillance video captured Rudders filching the sneakers belong- ing to the inmate, who was
not named, but who did file a report seeking the return of his property.
According to the AP, “Rudders told investigators someone had told him he could take the shoes.”
Sounds like someone told him wrong.
Rudders was released on bond and suspended from his job without pay.

The medical examiner’s of- fice in Baytown, Tex., has said the fatal shooting of a Houston woman who initially told po- lice she was pregnant was a homicide, multiple news or- ganizations are reporting.
The Harris County Medical Examiner’s office has deter- mined that Pamela Turner, 44, died Monday night of mul- tiple gunshot wounds, CBS Dallas reported. In video that went viral, Turner is seen in a struggle with a police officer as she shouts to him “I’m preg- nant.” Shots are then heard in the video shared liberally through social media.
Both police and a family member have confirmed since the incident that Turner was not pregnant.

Josh Stokes holds a protest sign outside the police department on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 in Baytown, Texas. Stokes and about two dozen others gathered in response to Black Lives Matter Houston call for demonstrations outside Baytown Police after the police-involved shooting of a 44-year-woman.
To Protest Spelman,
Morehouse And Clark-Atlanta
University Graduations
According to reports, the group plans to protest Spel- man, Morehouse, and Clark- Atlanta University's forthcoming graduation cere- monies. In a press release ear- lier this month, the Kansas-based group said Spel- man College’s "Women's Re- search and Resource Center of Spelman" is actually "more ev- idence does not seem neces- sary to demonstrate that this college is being grandly paid to produce perverts who aggres- sively strive to push others to- ward proud sin and down the path to hell. Repent!”
The group then took aim at Morehouse college over the fact it announced it would admit transgender men. “Morehouse, founded by Bap- tists, announced in April, 2019, that for 135 years only male students could enroll, but starting in 2020, females, who pretend that they are males, will be welcome. Check the neck! God’s moral law is im- mutable!” the group wrote.
In the group's attack against Clark-Atlanta University, the group aimed at Reverend Dr. Ken Walden, the President- Dean of Gammon Theological Seminary who is scheduled to deliver a prayer during the up- coming graduation ceremony. “No true or spiritually helpful

guidance will be offered by this man, whose lengthy resume is given in demonstration that he is worldly, men-pleaser who has made a career of miscon- struing, wresting and lying about Jesus Christ and His Word. Flee from whorish, lying pastors!” the group added.
The director of public safety at Spelman released a state- ment, which was obtained by The Grio, assured students that extra security would be put in place. “We will have ad- ditional staff on hand to ensure that all events proceed safely and with minimal disruption if any at all,” the email read.
A fed-up mother was caught on video threatening a class full of middle school students who she believed bullied her daughter on social media.
The shocking video showed the mom inside a California classroom on Tuesday promis- ing to beat up students at Niguel Hills Middle School. She also dared the eighth graders to tell their moms, aunts and other family mem- bers and promised to handle them too, KTLA reports.
“Don’t post nothing about her. None of that,” the mom says in the video. “Y’all think y’all bullies? I’m a big bully, ok?”
“She’s a girl. Y’all are boys, ok? If y’all bully my daughter, if you look at her the wrong way, if you breathe the wrong way, send your mom to me.

And Sexually Harassed Her Daughter
Sisters, aunts, anybody over 18, I’ll f–k them all up. Do you understand me?” the outraged mom is heard saying.
“Leave my daughter alone and I’m not gonna say it again.”
The mother took her out- rage even farther when she handed students “Free A– Kicking” tickets.
“A– whoopings. A– whoop- ings. For free. For free!” she declares in the video.
