Couple Returns Home After Teaching In China 10 Years
A celebration was held in Brandon recently for Vernon and Valeria Treedone, who have been in China for the past 10 years. Both of them were teachers. Many family members and friends were in attendance to welcome them home. (Photographs by Julia Jackson)

Friends who also welcomed the couple home were Jessica Drew- ster, Rita McCoy, Micka Young, who was the MC; Janeika Gallets, Everlyn Fox, J. C. Turner and Betti Rutler.
Benjamin Matlock, Kenneth LittleJohn and Wallace Lattstone were among the guests.
Yanci Morgan, Tassi Seamore, Jeff Fisher and Doretha Khrist were a part of the celebration.
