Dr. Dre Tops 'Forbes' ListOf Top- Earning MusiciansOf The Decade
Drake Admits He Has ‘No Desire’ To Forgive Pusha T Or Kanye West For Exposing His Son
Drake is not going to end his feud with Pusha T any time soon...or ever. “I have no desire to ever mend any- thing with that person,” Drake said on the Rap Radar podcast. “That situa- tion just went where it went. There’s no turning back.”
The feud between Drake and Pusha T took a wild turn in May 2018, when Pusha released his Drizzy diss track, “The Story of Adidon,” and told the world that the rapper secretly had a child with Sophie Brus- saux the year before. Drake

stated that Kanye was the one who told him.
“I’ll say this — I tip my hat to the chess move,” Drake admitted. “It was a genius play in the game of chess and definitely warranted my first “loss” in the competitive sport of rapping. [It was] by choice, obviously, because I bowed out after realizing that the gap between us allowed him to drop a bomb on the world that became all anyone cared about.” Drake ex- plained that Pusha’s actual song didn’t impress him, but the content in it was some- thing he would never be able to one-up his nemesis on
Marking the end of another decade, Forbes has put to- gether a list of the top-earning musicians of the decade. Top- ping the list is Dr. Dre, who has amounted a staggering $950 million USD in the last 10 years.
Despite only releasing one album (Compton) back in 2015, the rapper, record pro- ducer, entrepreneur, record executive and audio engineer’s earning have come from his 20 percent stake in Beats, which was acquired by Apple in 2014 for $3 billion USD. Coming be- hind Dre is Taylor Swift at $825 million USD and Bey- oncé with $685 million USD amounted this decade. Ac- cording to Forbes, the earn- ings were measure by “looking at touring data from Pollstar, music consumption numbers from Nielsen and interviews with managers, agents and many of the stars themselves,” not accounting living expenses and taxes.
It is also interesting to note that if postmortem earnings were included in the list, Michael Jackson would take the number one spot with an estimated $2.37 billion USD total or his estate’s recently filed estimate of $1.7 billion USD that doesn’t count rein-
