NFL Teams Haven't Called Colin Kaepernick Since QB's Nov. 16 Workout
Ravens' Lamar Jackson Sets Record During 'MNF' Debut; Faces 49ers Sunday
LAMAR JACKSON
In the week since Colin Kaepernick worked out for seven NFL teams at Charles R. Drew High School in Riverdale, Georgia, no teams have reached out to work him out, visit with him or sign him, league sources told ESPN.
Kaepernick, 32, re- mains unemployed, and NFL teams remain uninterested in his services -- the same story that has followed the former San Francisco 49ers quarterback for almost three years.
Kaepernick's represen- tatives sent video of their client's workout to the 25 NFL teams that did not at-

tend last Saturday, but that has not led to any interest, either.
Some sources speculated that there had been teams interested in making a move
with Kaepernick, and could in the weeks after his workout. But nothing has materialized, and nothing is expected to at this time. The fact that the NFL tried to spark interest in Kaeper- nick last week, and could not, and that his reps made sure that video of the work- out was delivered to every team, are just the latest signs that the chances are bleak that a team will step forward and sign him.
After completing his 40- minute workout on Nov. 16, Kaepernick said he's ready for another opportunity and wants the league to "stop running'' from him.
Redskins QB Dwayne Haskins Misses Final Snap To Take Selfie With Fan
DWAYNE HASKINS
As the Washington Red- skins offense ran back onto the field, ready to take the vic- tory formation, quarterback Dwayne Haskins was tak- ing a selfie with a fan. That left the Redskins needing to trot veteran Case Keenum onto the field to take the final snap.
It was an unusual ending to Haskins' first NFL victory as a starter.
"I was so hyped, I broke a water bottle," Haskins said. "I look up and we're in victory [formation]. I thought the game was over with already, but I'll get it next time."
Interim coach Bill Calla- han said the coaches were looking for him. He didn't come across as upset, but he didn't shrug it off.
"No, I don't laugh at it," Callahan said. "I'm happy we won. We'll address that. I'm just pleased we won the game. I just have to find out."
Former Redskins quarter- back Joe Theismann wasn't happy about it, based on his postgame tweet. After the draft, Theismann gave Haskins his blessing to wear the No. 7 again; it had been out of commission since The- ismann retired in 1985. But Theismann wasn't a fan of what happened Sunday, call- ing the selfie "unprofessional and wrong."
Lamar Jackson had a pretty good "Monday Night Football" debut.
Jackson, the Ravens' sec- ond-year quarterback and league MVP front-runner, be- came the first quarterback in NFL history to throw for at least 3,000 passing yards and rush for 1,500 yards in his first two NFL seasons
Jackson, who set the record during the first half of Monday night's game against the Rams, completed all nine of his pass attempts during the game's first 30 minutes
that included two scoring strikes to Marquise "Holly- wood" Brown and another to Willie Snead.
Jackson, who continues to be the NFL's most lethal running quarterback, has also won himself millions of new fans this season while helping further revolutionize the quarterback position.
Next stop for Jackson and the Ravens are the No.1 defense San Francisco 49ers. The Ravens are ranked No. 2 defense. The game is Sunday in Baltimore at 1 p.m.
   Frank Gore Passes
Barry Sanders For No. 3 On
Rushing List: 'I'm Blessed'
Buffalo Bills running back Frank Gore became the NFL's third-leading ca- reer rusher Sunday, eclipsing the 15,269-yard mark set by Barry Sanders.
Gore officially passed Sanders on a 6-yard run in the fourth quarter of the Bills' game against the Den- ver Broncos. Now in his 15th season, Gore previously be- came the fourth player to rush for 15,000 career yards during the Bills' Week 4 game against the New Eng- land Patriots.

With 15,289 yards, he's roughly 1,500 yards from the No. 2 rusher, Walter Pay- ton (16,726), and 3,000 yards from the all-time leader, Emmitt Smith (18,355).

The Seattle Seahawks run- ning back had a career day on Sunday, rushing for 129 yards and a touchdown in a 17-9 win over the Philadelphia Eagles. After the game, Penny told reporters that he recently hired a nutritionist and cut McDonald’s out of his diet, making him lighter and faster, per Gregg Bell of The Tacoma News Tribune.
