MR. PAUL P. JACKSON
Mr. Paul P. Jackson of Tampa passed away Monday, June 5, 2017. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, June 10, 2017 at 10 a. m., at St. Mark The Evangelist Catholic Church, 9724 Cross Creek Boulevard, New Tampa, with Father Ed Lamp, of- ficiating. Interment will be held Monday, June 12th, at 11 a.m. at the Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.
Mr. Jackson was a native of Montgomery, AL and a resident of Tampa for 45 years. He was a graduate of Tuskegee Institute and was a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorpo- rated. Mr. Jackson was a Real Es- tate Appraiser, who owned and operated his own company, Jack- son Appraisal Services.
He leaves to cherish his mem- ory: his wife, Barbara Allen Jack- son; three sons, Kerry Jackson (Monique), Kevin Jackson (Ja- malya), and Keith Jackson; four grandchildren, Bailey Jackson, Lindsey Jackson, Jevon Jackson and Kamryn Jackson; and a host of other sorrowing relatives and friends.
The remains will repose after 5 p. m. Friday, June 9th, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue and the family will receive friends from 7:30 to 8:30 p. m.

She leaves to cherish all her love to: her fiancé of two years, Jamal M. Gilbert (U.S. Marines) of Pemberton, Cali- fornia; beloved by her grand- parents, Alexander Richardson and Gertrude Richardson of Plainfield, NJ (deceased) and Jessie Bell, Jr., and Lorine Bell of Savannah, GA; step-grand- parents, Freddie L. Dr. Albert E. Cutler, Sr. of Tampa, FL passed away Thurs- day, June 1, 2017. Funeral service will be conducted Sat- urday, June 10, 2017 at 2 p. m. at Mount Tabor Missionary Baptist Church, 2606 W. Grace Street, Pastor T. D. Leonard, officiating, with Reverend George Cutler, Pastor of Grace Gospel Church, Detroit, MI, Eulogist. Interment will follow in Garden of Memories Ceme- tery.
Dr. Albert E. Cutler was a native of Philadelphia, PA and a resident of Tampa, for 82 years. He attended public schools in Hillsborough County, graduating from Mid- dleton Senior High School in 1952. He was a graduate of Palmer College of Chiroprac- tic. He was a member of Hills- borough County Chiropractic Society, the Florida State Chi- ropractic Society, and the Pen- tecostal Assembly of the World Religion. Dr. Cutler enjoyed all sports, especially football.
He was preceded in death by: his wife of 29 years, Sarah Elizabeth Cutler; and wife of 4 years, Marilyn June Davis Cut- ler; grandson, David A. Cornileus, Jr.; brothers, Bishop Arthur Cutler and wife, Geneva of Panama City, FL and Homer Cutler, Sr.; and sister, Frances Cutler of Tampa, FL; and brother-in-law, Irvin Rhinehart.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his children, Shirley D. Cutler (Siavosh Noroozi) of Tampa, Albert E. Cutler, Jr. of Tampa, Celeste E. Cornileus and husband, David A. Cornileus, Sr. of Orlando, FL, Carron M. Cutler of Columbus, OH and Debra A. Mrs. Mary Grace Fedrick, af- fectionately known as “Sugga,” of Tampa, passed away Satur- day, June 3, 2017. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Mary Grace Fedrick was a native of Camilla, Georgia, reared in Putney, GA and a resi- dent of Tampa for 57 years. She was a graduate of Monroe High School, Albany, GA. Mrs. Fedrick was a faithful member of St. Matthew M. B. Church. She retired after 30 years of dedi- cated service from Tropical Sportswear International as a Seamstress.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Samuel and Hilda Mae James; her husband, Melvin “Bubba” Fedrick; broth- ers, Samuel James, Jr., Willie James, Larry James and Gary James; and sisters, Elaine Hooks and Marilyn James.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her loving children, La- junia A. Crowell, Lavurnia Perkins, Kelvin Fedrick, Michael Fedrick, Loranzo Fedrick, Ken- neth Fedrick, Adrian Fedrick, Tammy Fedrick-Bass and Tan- gela Fedrick-Gilmore; a host of sons and daughters-in-law; over 30 grand and great grandchil- dren; four brothers, John L., Jessie, Patrick and Kenneth James; a host of sisters and brothers-in-laws; other sorrow- ing relatives and friends.

Mr. Lester Powell McKin- ney of Tampa, Florida passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2017. Viewing will held 9-11 a. m., Saturday, June 10th. Me- morial Services will be con- ducted immediately after, beginning at 11 a. m., at the Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Av- enue, Pastor T. D. Leonard, Pastor of Mt. Tabor M. B. Church, Tampa, officiating, with Pastor George Bradley of Providence Missionary Baptist Church, Palmetto, FL, Words of Comfort.
Mr. McKinney was a native of Bradley Junction, Florida, where he attended the Polk County School District, gradu- ating from Mulberry High School in the Class of 1971. He was a resident of Tampa, for over 40 years. Mr. McKinney was employed as a Courier with Federal Express until his early retirement in 2012.
He accepted Christ at a very early age, was baptized and served as a member of Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Bradley, FL for many years.
Additionally, he was a Free Mason brother in his Masonic Lodge.
Mr. McKinney was pre- ceded in death: by his father, William “Bob” McKinney; mother, Jewel Borders McKin- ney; sister, Christine Hinson; brother, Gillis McKinney; sis- ter, Freddie Woodson-Burton; and sister, Christella Johnson- Joiner.
He leaves to cherish loving memories to the love of his life: his wife, of 45 years and best friend of 50 years, Reba Nickson McKinney; daughters, Lestra McKinney-Bell (Mon- taque Foster-friend) and Olivia McKinney-Young (Kevin Young); son, Kellen McKinney (Annamarie McKinney); grands, Deja McKinney, Kevin Young, Jr., Terry Bell, Jr. Dia- mond Bell, Emerald Bell and Jaia Young; great-grand, Jas- lene Bell; sisters, Bessie Tyson (Eddie, Sr.), Helen Miller (James, Sr.), Mercedes Russell (Larry), and Blanche Chatman (Andrew, Sr.); brother, William McKinney (Joann); mother-in-law, Altamease Nickson; sister-in-law, Jacque- line Cotman (Earl); brothers- in-law, Reginald Nickson and Victor Nickson, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and the Class of 1971 along with special friends, Sam Woodson, John Jackson, Truby Johnson and Al Rock.
