Early Morning Shooting At Park Lands 2 Men In Jail
Three Men Shot At Convenience Store

Detectives are currently investigating a shooting that left three men injured. The in- cident took place Tuesday af- ternoon.
According to the Hillsbor- ough County Sheriff’s Office, the men were at the Get N’ Go, 7802 Rideout Road, around 2:30 p.m., Tuesday. An unidentified gunman re- portedly fired several shots, striking three adult men.
One of the men was treated at the scene and the other two were transported to a local hospital for treatment. They have been identified as 19-year-old Sabastian Pas- cal; Javonte Daniels, 22; and 67-year-old Lawrence Joyner.
There was no information available on the gunman and the investigation into the shooting is continuing.
RESHARD MILLS
Two men were arrested early Tuesday, after police re- sponded to investigate a com- plaint of shots being fired. The arrests culminated a high speed chase.
According to the Tampa Police Department, officers re- sponded to 4362 E. Osborne, shortly before 1:30 a.m., in ref- erence to shots being fired at Williams Park. When officers arrived, they found two vehi- cles headed northbound on N. 43rd Street, with the occupants shooting at each other.
The officers activated their lights and sirens, but the cars did not stop and the officers initiated a pursuit of one of the vehicles. As the officers chased a black, 1993 Nissan Sentra, one of the occupants allegedly pointed a gun toward the offi- cers. He was later identified as 21-year-old Reshard Mills, of Tampa.

it as he attempted to drive over a median. He was identified as Tyrell Leach, 18, of Tampa.
Police said after the car be- came disabled in the 4100 block of E. Clifton Street. There were 3 people in the car, who all fled the scene.
Police captured two of them who have been identified as Mills and Leach. They are still searching for the third oc- cupant of the car.
Mills was charged with ag- gravated assault with a deadly weapon, resisting arrest with violence, and violation of pro- bation. He is being held at the Hillsborough County Jail without bond.
Leach was charged with fleeing to elude at a high speed, burglary of an unoccu- pied dwelling, resisting arrest without violence, and not hav- ing a valid driver’s license.
He was also transported to the Hillsborough County Jail under a bond of $15,750
Man Charged With Exposing Himself To 13-Year-Old
Police arrested a 34-year- old man Tuesday and charged him with felony lewd and las- civious behavior. The victim is a 13-year-old girl.
According to the Hillsbor- ough County Sheriff’s Office, the girl was walking through the parking lot of the Valencia at Westchase Apartment Complex, around 1:30 p.m., on June 6th. The girl wit- nessed a man standing in the parking lot with his pants and underwear on the ground, ex- posing his genitalia.
The girl went home and reported the incident to her mother, who contacted po- lice. Through the course of the investigation, police iden- tified Jair Salas-Buitrago as a viable suspect.

reportedly admitted to com- mitting the offense during the interview. At this time, no other victims have reported any encounters of this nature at the complex. Detectives are asking anyone who may have had a similar experience and did not report it to contact the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office at (813) 247-8200.
Police Search For Man Who Passed Fake $50 Bill
Weapons And Drugs Found At Home Of Gunshot Victim

formation pertaining to a
counterfeit investigation. The
incident took place on May 16th.
According to police, two Black men entered the La Se- gunda Bakery, 2512 N. 15th
Street, shortly after 1 p.m. One of the men paid for their purchases with a $50 bill. Upon closer inspection of the bill, the employee realized that the bill was counterfeit.
When she said the bill was fake, the man who had given it to her ran from the store. The other man stayed inside the business.
The man who passed the bill is described as being 5’9” and weighing about 170 pounds. They arrived at the bakery in a newer model, 4 door Mercedes Benz, possibly gray in color.

When police arrived at a home in reference to shots being fired, they found the victim. But they also found guns and drugs.
According to the St. Pe- tersburg Police Department, officers responded to the area of 15th Avenue South and 45th Street, shortly after noon on Monday. When the officers arrived, they reportedly lo- cated 42-year-old Lewis Jeremiah Johnson at his residence, 4519 15th Avenue, South. Johnson had report- edly been shot in the ab- domen.
He was transported to a local hospital, where he was treated for his injury. Police did not believe the injury was life-threatening.

As detectives conducted their investigation, during a search of his home, they al- legedly found guns and drugs.
The weapons and drugs were seized, and the investi- gation is continuing.
