RAY WILLIAMS
MR. DONALD McNEAL
Mr. Donald McNeal, of Tampa, passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2019. The visitation will be held Saturday, March 30 at 4 p.m. at Ray Williams Me- morial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL.
Mr. Donald McNeal was a native and lifelong resident of Tampa, Florida. He was edu- cated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and was a graduate of Howard W. Blake High School.
He leaves to cherish his memory: sons, Donte McNeal and Donald McNeal, Jr.; sister, Louise Hannah Dawes; brother, David McNeal, Jr.; nieces and nephews, Patricia Hannah, John Hannah, Roo- sevelt Hannah, and Derek Wells; great nieces and nephews, Donshae Hannah, Darron Hannah, Jirea Hannah, Taji Hannah, Louise Hannah, Jovan Hannah, Tiara Daily, and Tiffany Daily; cousins, Mary Davis, Earl Carlton and the Davis family; and a host of other close relatives and friends.

Mrs. Vena was preceded in death by her de- voted and loving husband of over 30 years, Mr. Kenneth Richarson, Sr.; grandparents, Mr. James, Sr., and Louise Billups; mother-in-law, Mary Cox; uncles, Marion Billups, Sr., Joseph Billups, Sr., and Allen Billups; and cousins, David Billups, Lewis Billups, Jr., Lar- nett Nikki Bexley Pye, Shelton Billups, Timario Billups and Omar Billups.
She leaves to cherish fond memories: daughter, Yushica Richardson (Frederick); son, Kenneth Richardson, Jr.; grandchildren, Kaden Grace, Trinity Bentley and Amiyah Mount; mother, Patricia Billups; father, Willie Monroe (Verneine); god daughter, Shelby Billups; sisters, Jean Kennedy (Michael), of VA, and Sharon Wilson (Wayne); broth- ers, Michael Wilson (Rena), Derrick Wilson and Jermario Williams (Keionya); step- brother, Herbert Williams, Jr., (Janay) of Gainesville, FL; brother-in-law, Ronnie Davis; sisters-in-law, Deborah Williams, of Pompano Beach, FL, Shanta Jones of Atlanta, GA and Sheri D. MR. FLOYD ‘JOY’ RIVERS, JR.
Mr. Floyd “Joy” Rivers, Jr., of Tampa, passed away Sun- day, March 24, 2019. Funeral services will be conducted Sat- urday, March 30 at 3 p.m., at First Baptist Church of West Tampa, 1302 N. Willow Av- enue with Reverend Dr. Ray- ford Harper, Pastor, officiating. Interment will fol- low in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Floyd Rivers, Jr., was a native and lifelong resident of Tampa, Florida. He was edu- cated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and was a graduate of Leto High School.
Mr. Rivers was a member of First Baptist Church of West Tampa. He pursued his dream of becoming a Disc Jockey after high school and he was a very successful entre- preneur.
Mr. Floyd “Joy” Rivers suc- ceeded in becoming a well known DJ for more than 40 years at various clubs in the Bay Area. He was also a tal- ented singer.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Floyd Rivers, Sr., and Nellie Clemons; sis- ter, Betty Rivers Taylor; brother, Johnny Clemons, and brother-in-law, Booker T. Belin.
He leaves to cherish fond memories: wife, Wanda Rivers; daughters, Floyretta (Kbo), Chesara, Nicole, Reva, Dwan, Sonia, Shakia, Yolanda, Veronica, and Mable; sons, Floyd, Mario (Carla), Keyon, Leo, Benjamin, and Vincent; 24 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; mother-in- law, Marva Belin; sisters, Car- olyn Gilbert, Gwen Rivers (Robert), and Annie Thorn- ton, all of Tampa, FL; sisters- in-law, Zandra Eardley and Melissa Belin, both of Tampa, FL; brothers, Fred Gilbert (Vanessa) of AL, Larry Rivers and Reginald Clemons, both of Tampa, FL; special sister,
        MRS. MARY D. MUNN
Mrs. Mary D. Munn, of Tampa, FL, passed away Mon- day, March 18, 2019. Funeral services will be conducted Sat- urday, March 30, 2019, at 11 a.m. at Mount Tabor Missionary Bap- tist Church, 2606 W. Grace St., Tampa, FL, 33607, with Pastor Thomas D. Leonard, officiating. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park Ceme- tery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa.
Mrs. Mary Munn was a na- tive of Webster, Georgia, and a resident of Tampa for 65 years, she was a member of Mount Tabor Missionary Baptist Church. She last worked as an assembler at United Technol- ogy/ Lear Corporation, from which she retired May 20, 2005 and started Munn’s Home Day Care in partnership with her daughter, Virginia “Nell” Munn West, now deceased.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her loving son, Sylvester Munn; brothers, Julius (Eva Marie) Wright, and Ernest (Sherrie) Wright, Jr.; sis- ters, Lillie (Norris) Holley, Rosetta Wright, Fannie Roberts, and Maeola Welcher; sister-in- law, Marie Williams; brother-in- law, Richard Heyward, Sr.; grandchildren, Lavanna Munn, Natasha Munn, ShCorie (Wain) Munn, Ossian (Rechard) Munn, and Devontae Munn; 15 great- grandchildren; a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.

MRS. VENA BILLUPS RICHARDSON
Mrs. Vena Billups Richard- son, of Tampa, passed away Thursday, March 21, 2019. A Homegoing Celebration will be held Saturday, March 30 at 2 p.m., at Greater Bethel Mission- ary Baptist Church, 1207 N. Jef- ferson Street, with Reverend Dr. Brett Snowden, Pastor, officiat- ing. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Vena Billups Richard- son was a native of Tampa, and was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County, graduating from Leto High School, class of 1979.
Mrs. Vena was the eldest of six children and was a member of New Salem Baptist Church in her early years. She was previ- ously employed at Tampa Gen- eral Hospital for several years during her early adult years and then later employed with Ha- bana Healthcare for over 20 years.
She was a woman of grace, dignity and virtue. Mrs. Vena was also a woman of great love, who had a heart of gold. She cherished her children and would give or do anything for her family. Many loved ones often called her “Vena Crab,” be- cause of her love for blue and snow crabs.
She would like for people to remember her as always happy and friendly. Her philosophy in life was to always put the Lord
