Five Men Sought For Burglaries At Apartment Complex
Suspects Sought In Series Of Auto Burglaries
Deputies with the Hills- borough County Sheriff’s Of- fice are currently trying to identify five men involved in residential burglaries. The burglaries took place at the Citrus Run Apartments, 8824 W. Waters Avenue, on February 19th.
According to police, the four men walked up to the victim’s apartment. Three of the men kicked the front
door in and entered the apartment. The other two men remained outside.
A woman inside the apartment screamed and all three of the men ran out of the apartment and out of the complex.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a series of vehi- cle burglaries that took place recently.
Police are currently trying to identify two suspects caught on video committing auto burglaries.
According to police, the two men have been observed entering unlocked cars and removing property in the Sugar Creek Neighborhood.
The first suspect is de- scribed as a white of Hispanic man between the ages of 16 and 19. He has a medium build and stands between 5’7” and 5’10.”
The second suspect is a Black or Hispanic man, ap- proximately 17 to 20 years of age. He is also of medium build, stands between 5’7” and 5’10” inches tall. He was wearing socks on his hands.
Both of the men were wearing hoodie sweatshirts and a backpack.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is asking resi- dents to make sure that their vehicles are locked and that the key FOBs are not left in- side the car.

The Tampa Police De- partment is currently search- ing for two men who assaulted and robbed a vic- tim last month. The incident took place at The Drynk, 302 S. Howard Avenue last month.
According to police, on February 16th, around 1:30 a.m., the two men forcibly re- moved the victim from the business through the back door. Once outside, they physically attacked the vic-
tim and took several items. As a result of the investi- gation, Ms. Alexandria Seletos, 26, an employee of the business, was arrested last week. Police believe she was working with the two unidentified suspects in the

Man Asking For Ride Robs Victim, Takes Car
On Monday a driver was robbed and her vehicle stolen after offering a ride to a stranger. The car was later found, but police are still look- ing for the suspect.
According to police, the unidentified woman was at the Huran Supermarket, 402 E. Sligh Avenue, around 10:45 a.m., when the man asked her for a ride to an alley near the Coastal Gas Station, 3115 Ne- braska Avenue. When they reached the location, the sus- pect took her keys from the ig- nition. He also took her wallet and cell phone and ordered her out of the vehicle.
After she exited the vehi- cle, he drove away. The car was later found and the victim

was not injured, police said. Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $3,000 for information leading to the ar- rest and conviction of the per- son responsible for the

Teenager Charged With Robbing 10-Year-Old
The Clearwater Police De- partment has arrested a teenager and charged him with robbing a 10-year-old. The in- cident took place on Monday.
According to police, the Ander Gonzalez was walking to Skycrest Elementary School. He was counting his lunch money when an unidentified Black male robbed him.
When Gonzalez arrived at school, he reported the inci- dent and Officer Josh Jew- ett, School Resource Officer at Clearwater High School, was able to identify a possible sus- pect.
Meanwhile, on Tuesday as the news spread about the rob- bery, four Clearwater Police of- ficers arrived at the scene and brought Gonzalez lunch.
Gonzalez positively iden- tified the suspect in a photo
lineup. Police arrested the 16- year-old who was located al- legedly trying to break into a car as the officers were search- ing for him. He was taken into custody.
Police did not release the name of the suspect.
After police learned that part of the money taken from Gonzalez was to purchase a bicycle, the Clearwater Police surprised him again. This time, the officers presented him with a new bicycle, donated by Wal- mart. Chainwheel Drive made some last minute alterations.
After receiving the bicycle, Gonzalez who is a fifth grade student, rode his new bicycle up and down the sidewalk. He was also presented with a bike helmet by the police depart- ment before going back to class.
