Congratulations
We would like to congrat- ulate our daughter, Darne- sha Carter, on her many law school accomplish- ments. We know that her late grandparents, Rev. Isa- iah and Barbara Baity, Sr. from Progress Village, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Carter from St. Petersburg are smiling down at her and are ex- tremely proud.
She and her team are just returning from Boston, win- ning the ABA Moot Court Regional Competition.
Darnesha Carter, a star academic and advocate member of the Honors Pro- gram and has landed her on the Dean’s List every eligible semester of law school.
She received the highest grade in Research and Writ- ing and was invited to join Stetson’s Moot Court Team. She was also named the Member of the Year 2013- 2014 by the Black Law Stu- dents Association.
She plans to use her ex- pertise in civil litigation and business to help start-up businesses and give back to the community. Her intern- ship with Judge Mary S. Scriven in the U. S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida has landed her a job after she graduates.
Love from, mom and dad, Darlene Baity Carter and Ernest Carter, we know that the sky is the limit for you!
