MR. SAMSON BROWN ‘WHISTLEMAN’
Homegoing celebration for Mr. Samson Brown “Whistleman” of Tampa, who passed away Saturday, March 19, 2016, will be held Thursday, March 31 at 6 p. m. at Aikens Funeral Home Chapel, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Rev. Tom Jones, Pastor of Heaven Destiny Church, officiating. The interment will be in Or- ange Hill Cemetery on Fri- day, April 1st at 10 a.m.
Samson Brown was a member of Heaven Destiny Church. He loved to socialize with family and friends, play- ing pool and blowing his whistle. He also was a true Buccaneer fan.
Samson was preceded in death by: his father, Solomon Brown, Sr.; daughter, Regina Brown; brothers, Archie Brown and Alphonso Brown; and sisters, Ora Lee Perry and Jessie Mae Jones.
He leaves to cherish his memories with: his spouse, Debra Brown; children, Denise Brown Jones (Je- remy), Samuel Brown, Jason De’Jesus, Samson James Brown, Jr. and Jermaine Williams; a host of grand- children and great grand- children; mother, Ora Lee Mack; brothers, Solomon Brown, Jr. and Otis Lane; sisters, Aletha Perry (Clax- ton), Alma Jones (Bobby), Perry Brown-Dixon (John), and Cora Brown (fiancé Tony); nephews, William Brooks and Andre Arenas; a host of nieces, other nephews and cousins; spe- cial friends, Martha Carlton “Mott” and Arleta Williams; and a host of other relatives and friends.
The visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service on Thursday.
The family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel on Thursday for the service.
The repast will be held on Saturday, April 2nd at Macfar- lane Park, 1700 N. MacDill Avenue, Shelter #411 Tampa, 33607, from 8 a. m. until sunset.

MR. MATTHEW RASHAD BIEN-AIME
Homegoing services for Mr. Matthew Rashad Bien- Aime, who passed away on March 16, 2016, will be held Saturday, March 26, 2016, at 11 a. m. at New Progress Mis- sionary Baptist Church, 3307 E. Shadowlawn Ave., Tampa, 33610, Rev. E. J. Williams, with Elder Young, officiating, and Rev. James Anderson, eulogist. Interment will be private.
Mr. Bien-Aime was born on December 4, 1992 in Tampa.
He was preceded in death by: his father, Wilson Bien- Aime; and his mother, Ber- nice Amelia Lowe Bien-Aime.
Mr. Bien-Aime attended Hillsborough County Schools and was a graduate of Tampa Bay Tech, Class of 2011. He furthered his education at Florida A&M University (FAMU) graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Sci- ence in Molecular Cellular Biology, and was pursuing his Master’s at FAMU and preparing to take the MCAT for medical school.
He was a faithful member of New Progress M. B. Church, serving faithfully under the leadership of Rev. E. J. Williams. While attend- ing FAMU, Matthew contin- ued his spiritual growth at Jacob Chapel under the lead- ership of Pastor O. Jermaine.
He leaves to cherish his memories: a loving brother, William D. Coleman; a won- derful grandmother, Gloria J. Devine; 4 nurturing aunts, LaTonya T. (Andre) Correa, Shelia D. Cushenberry, Phyllis M. Moore, and Debra A. Bar- rett; great aunt, Anna J. Gant (Ike); 2 godbrothers, James Niles and Demetrius Bailey; devoted cousins, Sherita Sin- gleton, Ciara Angol, LaDrea Correa, Devin Guyton, Der- rick Whipple, Brenton Whip- ple, Lloyd Whipple, Greta Powell, Gloria Wilson, Yoshi (Ricky) Donato, Mia Little (M. Little), and Sophia Ivy; a host of other devoted cousins, fam- ily and friends; best friends, Jordan Kinsey and Carrington Kinsey; and a loving friend, Khadijah Weathers.

MS. TAMMYE ZANETTA DEVAUGHN
A homegoing celebration for Ms. Tammye Zanetta DeVaughn, who departed this life on March 14, 2016, will be held Saturday, March 26, 2016, at 1 p. m. at Inde- pendence House of God, 557 N. E. 2nd Ave., Crystal River, FL, with Presiding Elder Theodore Hopkins, officiat- ing. Interment will follow at Crystal River Memorial Gar- den.
Tammye Zanetta De- Vaughn was born November 19, 1964 in Brooksville, FL, to Barbara DeVaughn and James Key, Jr.
Tammye attended the pub- lic schools of Citrus and Hillsborough Counties. She owned a detailing shop.
Tammye enjoyed helping people and making people laugh. She will be remem- bered for her kind heart and willingness to help others, even at the expense of her own health. Her passion for helping people will be for- ever etched on the hearts of those she helped.
She was preceded in death by: her grandparents, Moody and Louise Hall, and James, Sr. and Sally Key.
Those left to cherish her memories are: siblings, Andre DeVaughn (Michelle), Patrick Waddy, Tonjette Jones, Toniette Wilson (Cedrick), Marie Key and Veronica Williams; aunts, Francina DeVaughn, Janette Murrey (Earl), Patricia Brown (Robert), and Eunice Pressey (Charles); uncle, Charles Coleman (Joanne); other aunts and uncles, and a host of special friends, Nikki, Blue, Maria and Regina.
Visitation will be held Fri- day evening from 5-8 p. m. at Harmon Funeral Home, 5002 N. 40th St., Tampa, 33610.

MR. JAMES E. GRIER
Homegoing services for Mr. James E. Grier, who passed away March 12, 2016, will be held Saturday, March 26, 2016, at 11 a. m. at Holsey Temple CME Church, 3729 N. 15th St., Tampa, 33610, with Rev. Anita Williams officiat- ing. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Grier was born No- vember 11, 1962. He was a graduate of King High School, Class of “1981.” He was a native of Tampa.
After his retirement from Publix in the 90s, James grew his own business-hobby as a yard man.
James was preceded in death by: his father, James Grier; and brother, Kenneth Grier.
He leaves to cherish his memories: wife, Angela Grier; children, Rolshawn Grier, Mario Grier, and Justin Grier; brothers, Den- nis Grier (Kelly), Jerome Grier, Michael Grier, Stevan Grier (Porsha), and Derrick Grier; mother, Clydie Grier; sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Lawrence Thomas, John Clark, Jr., Ronnie Clark, and Michael and Lutreya Clark; grand- children, Rolshawn Grier, Jr., Farrah Grier, Katari Grier, Cody Grier, and Taina Grier; mother-in-law, Emma Clark; aunts and uncles, An- drew Grier (Dorothy), Ray- mond Grier (Linda), Corine Young, Lorrine Young, Mar- vin Young and Flossie Pittman; and host of nephews and nieces, whom he loved so dearly.
Visitation will precede the homegoing service at the church on Saturday morning from 10-11 a. m.
The family and pastor will arrange the processional at 10:45 a. m.

MR. ROBERT H. "BOB" BROADUS IV
Mr. Robert H. "Bob" Broadus IV, of Tampa passed away Thursday, March 17, 2016. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, March 26at3p.m.atHolseyTem- ple C. M. E. Church, 3729 N. 15th Street, with Reverend Anita D. Williams, officiat- ing. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Robert H. "Bob" Broadus, IV was the son of the late Robert H. Broadus, III and Frances Delores Broadus, born in Mobile, AL.
Bob was a longtime resi- dent of Tampa, and was of the Catholic faith. He re- ceived his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Adminis- tration from the University of South Florida.
At the age of 28 years old, Bob became the first African American Director of Sanita- tion for the City of Tampa. He eventually moved to Birmingham, AL, and be- came the first African Amer- ican Street and Sanitation Director. Bob held this posi- tion until he retired in 1989.
Bob became a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated on July 3, 1982 and a life member on June 10, 1998. In 1996, he became the undergraduate Zeta Chi Chapter Advisor for Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. His leadership skills allowed him to be a positive role model and mentor to young men of Kappa Alpha Psi at the Uni- versity of South Florida.
Bob leaves to cherish his memories: a loving wife, Au- drey L. Broadus; daughters, Adrienne Broadus Graham and Robin S. Clark; 3 grand- children, Benjamin and Lau- ren Graham, and Leyah Jackson; sister, Gloria Broadus; brother, James Bernard Broadus (Moncenya); 2 sisters-in-law, Gloria D. Wil- son (Vernon), and Debra Clark Brooks (Billy); 2 brothers-in- law, Charles J. Clark, Jr. and Alfonso Clark (Venessa); aunts, Martha Broadus, Evelyn James, Mary Savage, Jannie Ray, Mattie Bell Royal, Annie Gatson (Robert), Emma Clark, Fannie Davis (James), and Ruby Smith; uncles, Battiste J. Broadus, Sr., Frank James, Willie Clark and Calvin Clark (Claudia); cousin raised as a sister, Alexis Herman; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
