AIKENS
MR. MICHAEL KENNETH GRAHAM
A homegoing celebration for Mr. Michael Kenneth Graham of Tampa, who passed away, Sun- day, November 27, 2016, will be held Saturday, December 10, 2016, 11 a. m. at the House of Restoration Church of God, 3416 N. 15th St., Elder Arthur Green, Jr. pastor officiating. The interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Michael was born on Novem- ber 1, 1986. He was baptized at Greater New Salem Primitive Baptist Church, under the pastor- age of the late Elder Theodis Lane.
Michael loved taking pictures to show off that “Million-Dollar Smile.” He worked at Amerigroup Corporations as a Customer Care Representative.
He was preceded in death by: his grandparents, Theodore Allen, Annie Allen, Martin Gra- ham and Mary Clark; aunts, Jes- sica Flowers, Louise Green and Mary Allen; uncles, George Allen and James Flowers; cousins, Kenya Underwood and Manina Jones.

The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, December 9th, from 5 to 8 p. m. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p. m. Family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the serv- ice.
CHANDLER’S
DEACON WILLIE LEE DAVIS
Deacon Willie Lee Davis, the Patriarch of his family, passed away on Thursday, December 1, 2016, at the James A. Haley V. A. Hospital in Tampa. The Home- going Celebration will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2016, 12 noon, at Mount Tabor M. B. Church, 2606 W. Grace Street, Rev. T. D. Leonard, pastor/offi- ciating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Deacon Davis was the first born of 14 children. He was born on July 27, 1928 in Meridi- anville, Alabama to the late Willie and Marie Elliott Davis. During his childhood years, he lived in and attended the public schools of Madison County, Ala- bama and Fayetteville, Ten- nessee.
On June 4, 1951, he joined the United States Air Force and was deployed during his tenure to serve in the Korean War. Upon an honorable discharge, Willie received his Auto Mechanic cer- tification from Don Thompson Vocational High School. After completion, he became the owner and operator of his own mechanic shop. In the early 60’s, he confessed Christ and was baptized at First Baptist Church of West Tampa, where he later became an ordained deacon under the leadership of Pastor M. C. Johnson.
On March 13, 1965, he was joined in holy matrimony to Dorothy Jean Surles.
Later, Deacon Davis began driving semi-trucks which was his career for 27 years. During the latter part of his trucking ca- reer, he became a sole propri- etor before retiring in 1982. After retiring from trucking, he decided to start his own con- crete business where he contin- ued until retiring again in 2001.
For the past 19 years, Dea. Davis was a faithful and devoted member of Mt. Tabor Church where he served with the Dea- con’s Ministry until his demise. He was truly loved by his church family and was often referred to as “daddy,” and “granddaddy.”
He was preceded in death by both parents; son, John Mallard; siblings, Emmett Davis, Jessie Mae Burnett, Hosey Davis, Betty Gratton, Mayco Davis, John Davis, Marie Humphrey; and 6 other siblings who passed away at an early age.
He leaves to cherish precious memories: his loving, caring, supportive and devoted wife of 51 years, Dorothy Davis; chil- dren, LaTrona Davis-Thompson (Reggie), KaTina N. Davis, Willie Mallard, and James Mallard (Kim), all of Tampa, Wanderine Sledge (Jack), of New Market, AL and Peggy Bryant (Steve), of Antioch, TN; adopted children, Ruby Turner of Huntsville, AL, Jevin Davis and Montrey Davis, both of Tampa, and Antonio Davis, of Brooksville, FL; grand- children, LaKiya, Shayla, Jabaris, Ra’Niya, Mario, John, Jamie, Sammie, Shelia, Stephanie (Larry), Steven, Mon- teriya, Warren, Antwan, Nicko, and Natasha; special great- grandchildren, Oscar, III and Shayne, Jr.; sisters-in-law, Geor- gia Davis, Rose Davis, Edna Baker (Joe), Delilah Dunlap, and Jeanette Turner; brothers-in- law, Roosevelt Humphrey, Richard Surles (Mary) and Eddie Surles (Pearlie); god- daughter, Michelle Lyle; and a host of great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, the Mount Tabor Church family; and many other sorrowing relatives and friends.
The visitation will be held Fri- day, December 9, 2016 from 6-8 p. m. The family will receive friends from 7-8 p. m. Both will take place at Mount Tabor Mis- sionary Baptist Church, 2606 W. Grace Street, Tampa.
Friends are asked to assemble at the church on Saturday at ap- proximately 11:45 a. m. for the service. Mr. David Mitchel Quartermon was born on November 8, 1970 in Waynesboro, Georgia to Johnny R. Quartermon and Marion Quartermon. He was self-em- ployed.
He was preceded in death by: daughter, Kenisha Quartermon, and wife, Shirley Miller.

Mr. John E. Wells (A.K.A., Os- ianor Jittybug) passed away Sat- urday, November 18, 2016. A viewing will be held at Harmon Funeral Home, 5002 N. 40th St., Saturday, December 10th, 2016at5p.m.to8p.m.
John was born on December 5, 1946 in Gallion, Louisiana to the late Pastor Timothy and Flo- rina Wells. He retired from Sol Walker Salvage Yard in the late 90s or early 2000s.
John was preceded in by: both parents, Timothy and Florina Wells; 2 brothers, Joenathan Daniels and Leroy Jones; 3 sis- ters, Alice Wells, Marilyn Wells Baker, and Emma Jean Ward.
