MS. ARETHER SNELLING
Homegoing celebration for Ms. Arether Snelling, who passed away on December 5, 2016, will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at 11 a. m. at Allen Tem- ple A. M. E. Church, 2101 Lowe Street, Tampa, with the Rev. Dr. Glenn B. Dames, Jr., Senior Pas- tor, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Ms. Snelling leaves to cherish precious memories of her with her: 2 sons, Ezell Gainer and wife, Mozena and Willie W. Gainer, Jr. and wife, Mamie; 3 daughters, Arether Gainer Thompkins and husband, Aubry, Sr., Constance Gainer Gatewood, Mary Snelling Crawford and husband, Robert, Sr.; a host of grand, great and great-great grandchildren; sister, Martha Lewis (the last living sibling); a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren and other relatives and friends.
Ms. Arether Snelling was born in Marianna, Florida on March 6, 1928 to the late Mary Waddell and the late William Snelling. She attended the public schools of Jackson County.
Ms. Snelling was baptized at an early age, and remained faith- ful until her death. She was a faithful member of Allen Temple A. M. E. Church, where she served in the Gospel Choir for many years, also Women of Allen and was a very supportive member of the Stewardess Board.
There will be a viewing on Fri- day, December 9, 2016 at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, from 5 – 8 p. m. with the family present to re- ceive friends in the chapel from 6–7p.m.Friendsareaskedto assemble at the church on Satur- day at approximately 10:45 a. m. for the service.

MRS. BERTHA A. SULLIVAN
Homegoing celebration for Mrs. Bertha A. Sullivan, who went home to be with her Heav- enly Father on November 30, 2016, will be held at 11 a. m. on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at St. John Progressive M. B. Church, 2504 Chipco Street, Tampa, with Rev. Dr. Bartholomew Banks, Sr., offici- ating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Sullivan was preceded in death by: her husband, George Sullivan; brother, Johnny Roberts; sisters, Josephine Hall, Ruthie Harris, Elvira Anderson; grandchild, Keith V. Brown; and other relative, Liz Ellen.
She is survived by: daughter, Thelma Brown; sons, Ben Allen, George W. Sullivan, III (Annest) and Jay Sullivan; grandchildren, Eric T. Williams, Lynne S. Brown, James R. Brown, II, Ava B. Hill (Jeffery), Carol K. Brown, Almethia Allen, George W. Sulli- van, IV (Tiffany), Nicholas W. Sullivan, Amberly J. Sullivan; a host of great grandchildren; sis- ter, Gracie Murphy; nieces and nephews, Cheryl Walker (Chuck), Gloria Harris, Ronald Hall, Darryl Hall (Rita), Kim- berly Rogers and Gladys Shep- hard; a host of great nieces, nephews, friends and relatives.
Mrs. Bertha Sullivan was born in Tampa, on November 11, 1926 to the parentage of Walter Oliver and Mamie Allen Oliver. Mrs. Sullivan’s career started as a Clerical Assistance in 1953 at Clara Frye Memorial Hospital. After having worked for five years, she took an educational leave and pursued professional training in the school of Medical Record Technology at Sinai Hos- pital in Baltimore, Maryland. She remained in Baltimore and also completed her internship at Johns Hopkins Hospital. She later returned to Clara Frye Hos- pital and later transferred to Tampa General Hospital in 1986 after earning a certificate as a Certified Quality Assurance Pro- fessional in 1981. Mrs. Sullivan retired on November 30, 1988. Mrs. Sullivan also worked as a Medical Records Consultant for Long Term Care Facilities prior to her passing.
Mrs. Sullivan was a faithful member of St. John Progressive Missionary Baptist Church until her health failed. She was well loved and respected. She was a lady of smiles and her smiling face will always be missed.
There will be a viewing on Fri- day, December 9, 2016 from 5 – 8 p. m. at Wilson Funeral Home. Friends are asked to assemble at the church on Saturday at ap- proximately 10:45 a. m. for the service.

Homegoing celebration for Ms. Sandra Morris White, formerly of Tampa who passed on Decem- ber 1, 2016 in Atlanta, Georgia after a long term illness, will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at 11 a. m. at Wilson Fu- neral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, with Elder Kevin Jackson, officiating. Interment will follow in Orange Hill Ceme- tery.
Ms. White leaves to cherish memories of her with her: son, Robert James White, III (Tiffany); granddaughters, ZoeyEm White and Arielle Priscilla White, Atlanta, Geor- gia; sister, Valerie Jenkins, (Harold), Jacksonville, Florida; aunt, Supervisor Alberta Baker, Tampa; aunt, Mary Ann Thorn- ton, Tampa, Florida; cousin-n- sister, Verdell Garrick, Ocala, Florida; extended family, the Morris Family, The Battles Fam- ily, The Waters Family; special friends, Robert Wright, Tommie Nash, Evelyn Crayton, Gwen Daniel, Mozell Sims Hurley, Bar- bara Stewart, Clyde Brown and Gwen Wright; a host of other close childhood cousins, friends and relatives.
A native of Tampa, Florida Mrs. Sandra Morris White was born on January 16, 1955 to the parentage of Pauline Morris and Elwood Favors. Her mother passed suddenly at the age of 21; consequently, she was embraced by her grandparents, Eugene and Ella “Louise” Morris and with the assistance of her father, Elwood Favors “BoBo”, they reared, guided, encouraged and supported her through all of her dreams and successes as a teacher, administrator/investor and mother.
Ms. White completed elemen- tary education at Saint Peter Claver Catholic School and sec- ondary education at Hillsbor- ough High School in Tampa.
Friends are asked to assemble at the chapel on Saturday at ap- proximately 10:45 a. m. for the service.

MOTHER VESTINA CRAWFORD- WRIGHT
Homegoing celebration for Mother Vestina Crawford- Wright of Tampa, who passed away Thursday, December 1, 2016, will be conducted on Sat- urday, December 10th, 2 p. m. at New Greater Friendship M. B. Church, 3325 East Emma Street, Tampa, 33610, with Rev. Ronnie Murray, Sr. officiating. Inter- ment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by: husband, Pete Wright; sons, Edward Pete Wright, Albert Wright, Ultimos David Wright, Anthony Wright, Alphonso Wright; daughters, Minnie Lee Wright and Jocelyn Wright.
She leaves to cherish pre- cious memories of her with sons, Jimmie Lee (Linda) Wright, Sr., Martinez (Cynthia) Wright, Percell Wright, Darrel Wright, Calvin (Barbara) Wright; daughters, Cheryl Barr (Michael), Barbara Wright (caregiver); a host of loving, de- voted, sorrowing grandchil- dren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, in- laws, other relatives and special friends.
Mother Wright was a native of Americus, Georgia and a res- ident of Tampa for 70 plus years. She was a faithful mem- ber of New Greater Friendship Missionary Baptist Church until her health failed.
Her remains will repose from 5 – 8 p. m. on Friday, December 9th, at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 North 29th Street, Tampa, 33605 The family and friends are asked to meet at the New Greater Friendship M. B. Church at approximately 1:45 p.m. for the service on Satur- day.

MR. FREDDIE LEE BROWN, JR.
A Memorial Service will be held for Mr. Freddie Lee Brown, Jr., at 11 a.m., on Fri- day, December 9, 2016, at Beu- lah Baptist Church, 1006 W. Cypress Street, Tampa, FL 33606.
Mr. Brown, 79, departed this life at 11:56 p.m., on Monday, November 28, 2016, at St. Joseph’s Hospital, in Tampa.
Mr. Brown was born on May 29, 1937, in Tampa, to the late Freddie Lee Brown, Sr., and Bertha Mae Brown. He was a graduate of Middleton High School, and a lifelong Tampa resident. Mr. Brown was a member of Beulah Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Corine Brown; 3 sons, Eric Brown (Angela), Larry Brown, and John Brown (Natasha); one stepson, Sabbris Watson, Jr.; one stepdaughter, Wanda Wat- son; five grandsons, Eric Brown, II, Sabbris Watson, III, Jylen Brown, Javen Brown, and Jordan Brown; eight grand- daughters, Desiree Watson (James), Maria Ingram (Erick), Rhea Jonae Brown, Lemia Brown, Zhyria Brown, Justice Brown, Jayla Brown, and Zaire Brown; seven great grandchil- dren, cousins, Elsie Jones, Sh- eryl Cooper, John Jones, III, Danita Graddy, and Alzia Jones, and a host of other rela- tives and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Rosalee McNair, and two stepdaughters, Cora Watson and Elizabeth Watson.
