A Celebration of Life in mem- ory of Mrs. Princella Davis Pow- ell, who passed away on January 2, 2019 will be held Saturday, January 12, 2019, at 2 p. m., at First Baptist Church of Progress Village, 8722 Progress Blvd., Tampa, FL 33619, with Rev. Samuel Maxwell, Pastor, offici- ating. Interment will be made in Rest Haven Memorial Park.

Sister Camilla Brown of Tampa passed away on Wednes- day, January 2, 2019. Funeral Services will be conducted Sat- urday, January 12, at 2 p. m. at Macedonia M. B. Church, 3410 E. Wilder Ave., with Reverend Joseph A. Sykes, officiating. In- terment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Ceme- tery.
Sis. Camilla Brown was a na- tive of Statesboro, GA. She moved to Tampa at an early age and attended Hillsborough County Schools, graduating from Middleton High School, Class of 1959. She continued her education in Cosmetology and was the owner of Brown’s Beauty Box for over 50 years.
Sis. Brown was a faithful mem- ber of Macedonia M. B. Church, where she labored for over 50 years in several ministries to in- clude: Youth Director, Mission Director, #2 Choir/Jubilee Choir President, and Women’s Sunday School Teacher.
Sis. Brown was preceded in death by: her mother, Connie Lundy; father, Norman Lundy; sister, Jeanette Robinson; brothers, Carlos Lundy, Bobby Lundy and Simmie Lundy.
She leaves to cherish her mem- ory: two daughters, Carol Brown and Sheryl Dianne Brown; one grandson, Quinton Brown; one sister, Myrtice Johnson; two brothers, Norman Lundy and Orlando Lundy; nephews, Charles Johnson (Angie), James Robinson, Dennis Lundy (Eliza- beth); nieces, Alalia Lundy, Laphan Williams, and Denise Lundy; grandnieces, Niyah Johnson and Brittnye Johnson; sisters-in-law, Peggy Lundy and Mary Lundy; cousins, Marge Wynn, Robin Wynn, Dottie Parham and Rosalie Linder of St. Petersburg, FL, and June Lundy (Sarah) of Jacksonville, FL; close friends, Elder Charles and Sis. Deloris Davis and Mrs. Rosita Baker; neighbors, Rev- erends Harry and LaTonja Jones, and a host of other rela- tives and friends. MR. JAMES ‘JAY’ PHILLIPS, JR.
Mr. James “Jay” Phillips, Jr. of Tampa, passed away Sunday, January 6, 2019. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, Jan- uary 12, at 2 p. m. at Heritage Christian Community Baptist Church, 14801 N. 15th Street, Lutz, FL 33549, with Reverend Dr. Delores J. Cain, Pastor, offi- ciating.
James “Jay” Phillips, Jr., was born August 13, 1991 in Tampa, Florida. He attended elementary school at Taylor Christian Acad- emy and graduated high school from Ethline Williams Prepara- tory School in 2008. He earned his Bachelor’s in Mass Communi- cation from Bethune-Cookman University in 2014. His Christian journey started when he was a young boy at St. John Progressive Baptist Church and later at Her- itage Christian Community Bap- tist Church.
He was preceded in death by: his grandmother, Mary Lee Phillips; grandfather, John Tiller; and great grandmothers, Sylvia Mincey and Ethel Bob.
He leaves with loving memo- ries: his parents, Shondra and Darryl Carter; his dad, James Phillips, Sr.; his sisters, Asha and Ashley Colson, Arlaceia Walker (Marquis), Dierra Carter and Ar- leathia Boykin; his brothers, Ash- ton Colson and Darrius Carter; grandparents, Sheila Tiller and Saundra Jackson; aunts, Nicole Tiller, Ora Williams (George), Irene Phillips, Tasha Necole, Mesia Barrett, Worley Hines and Danielle Samuel; great aunts, Joyce Ballard, Marva Williams (Carlton), Elmira Curry, LaVonne Williams (Nathaniel), Gloria Britt (Ronnie), Renay Mincey, and Lena Grady; great uncles, William Gathers (Helen), Samuel Gathers (Rosa), Fred Gathers (Margaret), Larry Mincey, and Charles Mincey; godparents, Cheryl and Jonathan Burnette, Diane Allen and Bernard Samuel; extended grandparents, Brenda Moore, Evelyn Hill, and a host of other relatives and friends.
The remains will repose after 5 p. m. on Friday, January 11, and the family will receive friends from 7:30 to 8:30 p. m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.

MS. VONCEIL E. WILLIAMS
Ms. Vonceil E. Williams of Tampa, FL, passed away on Janu- ary 4, 2019. Homegoing Celebra- tion will be conducted on Saturday, January 12, at 2 p. m. at Mt. Tabor M. B. Church, 2606 W. Grace Street, Pastor T. D. Leonard, Pastor, with Pastor Gre- gory Davis of St. Mary M. B. Church, Arcadia, FL, officiating and Minister William Cade, II, serving as eulogist. Interment will follow at Garden of Memories/Myrtle Hill Cemetery.
Ms. Williams was born in Monticello, FL and was a resident of Tampa for over 70 years. She was a faithful member of Mt. Tabor Missionary Baptist Church for over 60 years. Ms. Williams served as a board member of the Carver City/Lincoln Gardens Civic Homeowners Association, member of the Loretta Ingraham Senior Citizen’s group and as a member of the Order of the East- ern Star PHA #97 (Associate Wor- thy Matron). She retired from Hillsborough County School Board after 31 years of service as a Food Services Manager.
Preceding her in death were: Eliza Scurry Eagle (mother), But- ler Eagle (father), Birthel Eagle (brother), Mary L. Powell (sister), Tyson R. Lucas (great-grandson), Nathan Z. Marr (grandson) and Rollace J. Williams, Jr. (son).
Pleasant memories and spe- cial moments will never be for- gotten by her: dedicated daughter, Carollyn Williams- Marr; son, Gregory F. Williams (Deborah); grandchildren, Natasha Thompson (TJ), Melanese Marr-Thomas (Charles), Dr. Tayanna Richard- son (Shawn), Ginnetta Marr- Lucas, Jarrel Williams and Erskine Bell (Kisha); 18 great grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren; devoted sister, Janie L.
