BY IRIS B. HOLTON Sentinel City Editor
Two people were fatally wounded Tuesday night, while traveling in a vehicle. The shooting took place in the 8700 block of N. Tangerine Place.
The double murder is being in- vestigated by detectives with the Tampa Police Department. Detec- tives have stated that both victims died. The only information made available as a result of the newly in- stituted Marsy Law, is that they were both adults. The woman was in her early 30s and the man in his mid 20s.
The law is designed to protect the victims, even in cases of murder, and their families.
R.I.P. posts on social media ex- pressed condolences under the pho- tograph of the young man known on the street as “Arab,” and for Ms. Jimmiel “Nina Ross Da Boss” Spillman Engram on social media.

Her mother-in-law, Ms. Yolanda Baker said, “She was a very good-hearted person and she would help anyone. She was just like a daughter to me.”
A Tampa native, Ms. Engram attended the public schools of Hills- borough County. She earned her cer- tificate as a hairstylist and created customized lace fronts at her shop, Luxe Laced. In addition to the shop, Ms. Engram was also a makeup artist, Ms. Baker said.
