   RAY WILLIAMS
MOTHER BERTHA MAE GREEN
Mother Bertha Mae Green of Tampa, passed away Monday, January 29, 2018. Funeral serv- ices will be conducted Saturday, February 10, at 2 p. m. at Mount Tabor Missionary Baptist Church, 2606 W. Grace Street, with Pastor T. D. Leonard, offi- ciating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mother Bertha Mae Green was a native of Americus, Geor- gia, and a resident of Tampa for many years. She attended the public schools of Hillsborough County and was a member of Mt. Tabor M. B. Church, where she grew and worked in many capacities to include the No. 2 Choir.
She was employed as a Seamstress for a number of years for the National Linen Company. She was a member of the Democratic Women’s League and was a founding member of the Carver City-Lin- coln Gardens Homeowners As- sociation.
She was preceded in death by: parents, Marshall and Lu- cille Jones, Sr.; grandmother, Lydia Mae Thomas; husband of 68 years, Leroy Green, Sr.; chil- dren, Leroy Green, Jr., Renee Yvonne Green Davis, and step- daughter, Phyllis Pratt; sisters, Fannie Mae Jones, Ella Mae Jones, and Lydia Mae Barrett; brother, Ulysses Jones; grand- children, Tony Green, Melissa,
Maurice and Jackie.
She leaves a living legacy to
cherish her memories: 4 sons, Freddie Jones (Shirley), Leonard Green, Sr., Ronald Green, Sr. (Helen) and Anthony Green (Jacquelyn); 2 daughters, Michelle Green Dennard and Marita Webb-Argo; 22 grand- sons, Marvin Pratt, Lamar Davis (Renee), Kenneth Webb (Gladys), Kareem Webb (Jessica), Nathan Dennard, Leroy Webb, Leonard Green, Jr. (Sonia), Aaron Green, Rodney Brown, Terrence Jack- son, Ronald Green, Jr., (Jas- mine), Leroy Green, III, Joseph A. Green, Leonard Green, Ronnie Allen, Samuel Leroy Green (Kan- isha), Edward Hearn, Tony Brooks (Yvette), Fred Williams, Edward Berry, Steven Berry and Jimmy Jones; 18 granddaugh- ters, Lazette Willingham (Jef- frey), Angela Lewis (Dennis), Pamela Davis, Carol Davis, Je- neane Drummond, Ella Weaver, Shawn Pratt, Coquilla Toombs (Michael), Charlotte Pinder (Damien), Courtney Brown, Stephanie Mugin, Shavette Green, Timey Moore, Valerie Williams, Carolyn Williams, Ebony Green, Monique Green and Kenyetta Holt; a host of great-grands and great-great grands; 1 brother, Marshall Jones, Sr., 2 brothers-in-law, Roger Barrett and family, and Benjamin Young; daughter-in- law, Anita Green; nieces, Jen- nifer (Jimmy) Delphine, Mary (Todd), Terri, Chris (David), Nikki, Paulette, Adella (Jerome) and Marshell (Johnny); nephews, Vincent (June), Alton, Rodney (Lisa), Eric (Karen), Mark, Ken- neth (Linda), Marshall, Jr., Harold (Rebecca) and Theron; as well as other sorrowing relatives, including the Hayes, Berryhill, Hamptons, McCall, Mileys, (Val- dosta and Morven, GA) who, carry her memory in their hearts.
The remains will repose after 5 p. m. Friday, February 9 at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, and the family will receive friends from 7:30 to 8:30 p. m.

DEACON REGINALD CHARLES THOMAS
Deacon Reginald Charles Thomas, of Tampa, passed away Sunday, January 28, 2018. Funeral services will be con- ducted Saturday, February 10 at 11 a. m. at New Smyrna Full Gospel Cathedral, 5015 N. 17th Street, with Bishop W. L. Lee, officiating.
Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Deacon Thomas was a na- tive and lifelong resident of Tampa. He was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and was employed for many years as a Car Detailer with Buccaneer Car Wash.
Deacon Thomas was a faith- ful and dutiful deacon at New Smyrna Full Gospel Cathedral. He was ordained by Bishop W. L. Lee on March 23, 2014, where he served faithfully until his demise.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Hawthorne and Americus Young Thomas; nephew, Eric Pedrosa; uncle, Albert Young, of NY and cousin, Eartha Thomas.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Rose Thomas; two daughters, Felecia Cohen, and husband Timothy, and Tashiba Thomas; son, Regi- nald Thomas, Jr., and friend, Doris; brother, Bernard Young; sister, Deaconess Francenia Williams; 16 grandchildren; nephews, Reco Ricks and Nan Johnson; and a host of great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends; special friends in Christ, Sister Mary Davis and Phyllis Reed.
The remains will repose after 5:00 p.m. Friday, Febru- ary 9 at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.

MRS. ANNIE R. TRAMEL
Mrs. Annie R. Tramel of Tampa, passed away Monday, January 31, 2018. Funeral services will be conducted Sat- urday, February 10 at 11 a. m., at Mount Tabor Missionary Baptist Church, 2606 W. Grace Street, with Pastor T. D. Leonard, officiating.
Interment will follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Mrs. Annie R. Tramel was a native of Bessemer, Alabama and a resident of Tampa for 75 years. She was the sixth child of Joe and Ruby Warren and was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County, where she once at- tended Dunbar Elementary
School.
Mrs. Tramel was a member
of Mt. Tabor M. B. Church and retired as a Housekeeper from the Rachelson Household.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, Joe Chester Tramel.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her sons, Robert C. Tramel (Earlene), Leroy Adams Tramel (Valerie) and Joseph Allen Tramel (Varneese); 15 grandchildren; 46 great grand- children; sisters, Laurin Ja- cobs, and husband, Virgil, Ophelia Saffold, and husband, Ulysses, Olivia Warren, Wilma Warren and Amelia Robinson; sister-in-law, Anita Warren; extended family, the Rainey, Carrington, Warren, Lewis, Watson and Crawford families and a host of other relatives and friends.
The remains will repose after 5 p. m. Friday, February 9 at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, and the family will receive friends from 6to7p.m.

MS. MONSITA THERESA WHITMORE
Ms. Monsita Theresa Whit- more, of Tampa, departed this life on Sunday, February 4, 2018. Visitation will be held Fri- day, February 9, from 6 to 8 p. m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.
Monsita Theresa Whitmore was born in Tampa, on Decem- ber 1, 1961 to the late Velma Douglas. As a child, she was a member of Friendship Mission- ary Baptist Church in Tampa and attended several Hillsbor- ough County public schools. She was a graduate of Chamberlain High School, where she excelled in academics and was a member of the Chiefettes Dance and Baton Twirling Team.
She graduated with a degree from Hillsborough Community College and went on to higher education at Florida State Uni- versity, in Tallahassee.
Upon her return to Tampa, her love of pets graced her with employment at The Humane So- ciety of Tampa; she was also em- ployed at other businesses in the Tampa Bay area, including GTE.
Her loving spirit soared in- surmountably high; most people she met were awestruck by her friendliness, kindness, and warmness.
She is dearly missed. Left cherishing her memory are: sis- ter, Angela Douglas and George Hill (niece, Amber Hill); brother, Willie Douglas, Jr., and wife, Debbie (niece, Revae; nephew, Jacob); grand uncle, Henry Lee Baker; aunt, Jacque- line Whitmore; uncle, Corneal Whitmore and wife, Shirley; cousin, Clover Baker; cousin, Sharon Williams and husband, Stephen, (son, James and fam- ily); cousin, Kenneth Whitmore and wife, Veronica (daughter, Sarah); cousin, Velma Petteway (children, Deniece (Aaron), John (Jasmine) and Jeremiah); cousin, Tanya Whitmore (son, Cameron); Dorothy Adams (sons, Kevin, Kendall and Sun- diati “Clevern;” a loving god family, Martha Tolbert, Devita Tolbert-Coachman and family, Marcellus Tolbert and family, Cydrina Tolbert and family, and Demetrius Tolbert and family. Also left are lifelong friends, Caron Cutler, Eura Lee Robin- son and family, the Jackson family, and many additional family and friends.
