A Day Late And A Dollar Short: RHOA Apollo Nida Files Divorce Papers After The Divorce
Phaedra Parks is report- edly confused by her ex Apollo Nida’s divorce peti- tion, considering she filed her petition first and has already obtained a judgment.
The “Real Housewives of At- lanta” star filed legal docs seeking dismissal of his day-
late-dollar-short filing. A lawyer for Apollo, cur-
rently in prison for fraud, says the judge in Phaedra’s filing is inclined to undo the judg- ment because it was handled unfairly ... Apollo didn’t have a legal team when Phaedra appeared in court and got her

Jamie Foxx's Action Film 'Sleepless' Opens Today
Los Angeles (AFP) - Over a few months he lost the equiva- lent weight of a microwave oven or a chubby toddler, but don't expect Jamie Foxx to bring out a dieting guide any time soon.
It's not that he doesn't have wisdom to impart on getting into shape, it's just that his way of expressing the secrets of his success is rather unconven- tional.
"I didn't really diet, I just cut all that shit out," the 49-year- old actor tells AFP, recalling the moment it dawned on him that he could no longer gorge on fast food and just run it off.
His latest movie "Sleepless," a claustrophobic, taut police procedural which takes place over one night, sees Foxx play- ing a Las Vegas detective with ties to the underworld who scours a casino in search of his kidnapped son.
The role would require the actor and his 40-year-old co- star Michelle Monaghan ("Mission: Impossible III," "Patriots Day") to run, jump, fight and generally be in the shape of their lives.
At the time Foxx was tipping the scales at 216 pounds (98 kilograms) in July last year, with cholesterol levels that

would make a polar bear blanch, but managed to get down to 183.
"I ate chicken, fish and veg- etables," he tells AFP at a plush hotel in Beverly Hills, where he is promoting the crime thriller.
"Within two weeks I lost eight pounds and I started working out with my trainer and before you know it I was at 198 within two or three, four weeks and then just steady, steady, steady."
In "Sleepless," Foxx's char- acter Vincent struggles to bal- ance the rigorous requirements of the day job with making the time to see his son -- a dilemma which any hard-working actor with a family must confront."
The action film opens today.
Hip Hop Songs Are At Top Of Billboard Chart For First Time Since 2008
Rap songs: Migos, Bad and Boujee is #1 and Rae Sremmurd’s Black Beatles is #2.
Hip Hop is starting off 2017 by setting a mark not seen in years.
With Migos’ “Bad And Bou- jee” at #1 and Rae Srem- murd’s “Black Beatles” at #2, the Billboard Hot 100 chart is led by two rap songs for con- secutive weeks for the first time in more than eight years.
That feat has not been ac- complished since T.I.’s “Live Your Life” and “Whatever You Like” in 2008.
Both “Bad And Boujee” and “Black Beatles” benefited from viral success online.
Rae Sremmurd previously hit #1 with “Black Beatles” thanks in part to the #Man- nequinChallenge.
Migos’ climb to the pole po- sition was helped by the “rain- drop, drop top” Twitter meme.
“Bad And Boujee” also got a boost from Donald Glover when the Atlanta actor men- tioned the Migos and their hit record during his Golden Globe Awards speech.
That Glover declaration will likely play a role in the song staying at #1 on the Hot 100 for more than one week.
