MRS. DELORES ‘LOIS’ GILLINS
Mrs. Delores “Lois” Gillins, age 81, passed away on Janu- ary 8, 2017. Homegoing serv- ices for Mrs. Gillins will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2017, 1 p. m. at Heaven Des- tiny Church, located at 4104 E. Ellicott St. Tampa, FL 33610 with Pastor Tom Jones, officiating. The com- mittal will be made at the church.
Lois was born on January 6, 1936 in Marianna, FL to Mrs. Ali B. Mercado and Mr. Henry Black. In life, Lois was known for her fiery personal- ity, humble strength and giv- ing nature. She was a loving mother, wife, grandmother, aunt and friend.
She was preceded in death by: her mother, sisters, Ossie Washington and Almeda Jenkins, and her children, Levy Joe Bradley and Cynthia Bradley.
She leaves to celebrate her life and cherish her memo- ries: devoted husband, Cal Gillins; daughters, Carolyn Williams, Kathryn Washing- ton and husband, Willie Bob, Gloria Bethel and husband, Juan; and sons, Tracy Rolle, John Daway and wife, Felicia, and Armando Daway and Chanel. Mrs. Gillins was also a devoted grandmother to a host of grands and great- grandchildren. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
Those who would like to send flower arrangements are asked to send them to Harmon Funeral Home, lo- cated at 5002 N. 40th St, Tampa, FL 33610. The proces- sional will assemble at the church Saturday at 12:45 p. m.

MRS. MINNIE THELMA HILL
Homegoing services for Ms. Minnie Thelma Hill who passed away on January 3, 2017, will be held on Saturday January 14, 2017 at 2 p. m. at Harmon Fu- neral Home, 5002 N. 40th Street, Tampa, 33610, with Rev. Timo- thy Coin officiating. Interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
Ms. Minnie Thelma Hill was born on March 19, 1933 in Mon- ticello, FL, where she was edu- cated by the schools of Jefferson County. She was a resident of Tampa for over 60 years. She worked at Pan American Liner for over 30 years before retiring.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Sally Young; her fa- ther, Richard Neely, Sr.; a sister, Inez Eagle, and 2 brothers, Richard Neely, Sr. and Buddy Nelly; her husband, Lucius Hill, Sr.
Left to cherish her memory is 1 sister, Ruby Mae Lamar, of Monticello, FL; 3 sons: Elik Neely Seabrooks, Lucius (Crystal) Hill, Jr., and Willie James Hill, all of Tampa; a very special friend, Hu- bert Davis of Tampa.
Also left to cherish her mem- ory are 7 grandchildren: Mischa Childs, Luchanda Hill, Nija Harns, Reginald Hamond, Henithia Johnson, Richard Johnson, and Cory Johnson, all of Tampa; 15 great-grandchil- dren; 2 close nephews, Charlie Hill, Sr. (Lily) of Tallahassee, FL and Charles Perry, Sr. (Larena) of Ocala, FL; a favorite niece, Blanche Keaton of Tampa; great nephews, Bobby and Robert Keaton of Tampa; a great niece, Jackie Keaton of Atlanta, GA. Lastly, she leaves to cherish her memory: Kharly, Kyree, and Nandi with whom she shared a special bond; a host of other sor- rowing relatives and friends.
Visitation for Ms. Minnie Thelma Hill will be held this Fri- day evening from 5 p. m. until 8 p. m. at Harmon Funeral Home. The processional will assemble at 1:45 p. m. at the chapel on Sat- urday.

MR. WALTER GLENN THOMAS
Homegoing services for Mr. Walter Glenn Thomas, who passed away on January 10, 2017, will be held on Friday, January 13, 2017, at 10 a. m., at Harmon Funeral Home, 5002 N. 40th Street, Tampa, FL 33610 with Pastor Otis Cooper, New Rising Star M. B. Church, offici- ating. Interment will be in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.
Born December 6, 1941 Mr. Walter G. Thomas was a native of Tampa, and a resident for 75 years. He attended Middleton High School. He was honorably discharged from the military having served in the United States Marine Corps. He will re- ceive military honors at grave- side.
Mr. Walter G. Thomas was preceded in death by: his par- ents, Irene Renfroe and George Thomas, Sr.; stepfather, Charles Renfroe; aunt, Willie Mae Lundy; his son, Walter Atman.
He leaves to cherish his memories: 7 brothers, Alonzo Jones (Vinetta) of Radcliff, KY, William Thomas, Sr. (Noritha) of Columbia, SC, Montique Thomas (Betty), Tampa, George Thomas, Jr. (Cassan- dra) LA, Eric Thomas (Kim), Texas and Gregory Thomas of Sarasota, FL; 3 sisters, Patsy Crawley of Tampa, Darlene Miller (Jasper), Palmetto, FL, and Melissa Williams (Morris), Bradenton, FL; stepdaughter, Stefanie Burston (Chris); grands; cousin, James Lundy (Anna); devoted friend, Aaron Everett (Sedecia); and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation for Mr. Walter G. Thomas will be held this Thurs- day evening from 5 p. m. until 8 p. m. at Harmon Funeral Home. The processional will assemble at the funeral home on Friday, January 13, 2017, at 9:45 a. m.

Homegoing services for Mr. Ulysses Johnson, Jr. “Dickie,” who passed away December 30, 2016, will be held Saturday, Janu- ary 14, 2017 at 5 p. m. at Harmon Funeral Home, 5002 N. 40th St., Tampa, with Pastor Tommie Jack- son of Temple of Deliverance Community Outreach, officiating. The committal will take place at the chapel.
Ulysses Johnson, Jr. was born March 14, 1955 in Tampa.
He was preceded in death by: his mother Annie Laurel Johnson and father Ulysses Johnson, Sr.
He leaves to cherish his pre- cious memories with: his only son, Montayo Johnson; and only daughter, Antashia Moye; his brother, Eric Dwight Johnson; his stepdaughter, Micaela Carter; and stepson, Michael Carter; his sig- nificant other, Chantika Ross of 19 years; grandchildren, Montayo Johnson, Juliuana Carter, Julius Carter, Jr., Dontavious Strong, Mar’Kia Drew, Kailen Johnson, Kailen Thompson, Javarious Nor- ton, Na’Varis Norton, Ja’Khii Carter. He will truly be missed by Brenda Maye Hodgson and family and friends. Gone to soon but never forgotten by your 29th and Lake Crew, you will truly be missed.

Mrs. Lizzie Parks of Tampa, passed away Friday, January 6, 2017. A homegoing service will be held Saturday, January 14, at 1 p. m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, with Pastor Donald Lott, officiat- ing. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Lizzie Parks was born May 7, 1935 in Abbeville, Ala- bama to loving parents, Mr. Remus Norton and Mrs. Laura Kelly Johnson. Her religious af- filiation was Baptist. Mrs. Parks was a housewife and resided at 1515 Scott Street Apartment B., Tampa, Florida 33605.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, Hillard Parks, Sr. of Eufaula, Alabama; son, Hillard Parks, Jr. of Tampa; son, Monroe Parks, Sr. of Tampa; two daughters, Virginia Parks Dou- glas and Patricia Parks Canion of Tampa; and one grandson, Gre- gory C. Parks of Tampa; and her parents, Remus Norton of Abbeville, Alabama and Laura Kelly Johnson of Clayton, Ala- bama; two brothers, Bobby Johnson of Auburn, New York and Latt Johnson of Tampa; and two sisters, Mae Ethel Richard- son, and Lolitia Williams, all of Auburn, New York.
She leaves to celebrate her homecoming: a devoted and lov- ing son, Lang Parks, Sr.; and fi- ancée, Tammie; son, Robert E. Parks and wife, Clarice Parks; and one daughter, Lola M. Parks, all of Tampa; and a host of grands, great grands, nephews, nieces, cousins and in-laws; two brothers, Lang Johnson and wife, Daisy and Frank Johnson and wife, Donna of Auburn, New York; and a brother-in-law, Leonard Richardson of Auburn, New York; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
The remains will repose after 5 p. m. Friday, January 13, at Ray Williams Funeral Home. 301 N. Howard Avenue.
