Tampa Native J. Oscar Simmons To Appear In Upcoming ‘For Life’ On ABC TV
The ABC Drama “For Life,” star- ring British Actor Nicholas Pin- nock, and Indira Varma, produced by Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson will be co-starring Tampa native J. Oscar Simmons as “Judge Kevin Flanagan.” The seg- ment will air on Wednesday, Dec. 30th, 2020. ‘For Life’ airs at 10 p. m. in the Bay area.
Simmons, a pharmacist is New York, is looking forward to his Tampa family and friends watching the seg- ment.
Simmons started his acting ca- reer right here in the Tampa Bay Area with thew Bay Community Players. That was over 30 years ago.
He attended Brandon High School and sang with the Aquilla Group. Simmons is a graduate of
Florida A and M University and a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Frater- nity, Inc. He has been a Pharmacist for over 30 years, having started in his family’s business, known as the College Hill Pharmacy.
Simmons is the son of James Oscar Simmons and the late Al- tamese Harvey Simmons.
