All About You
Congratulations, Shavonne And Freddie
SHAVONNE A. BOGGS
Commit To The Lord Whatever You Do And He Will Establish Your Plans
Congratulations to ShaVonne A. Boggs, 2017 Graduate of Armwood High School, for a blessed-filled, extremely productive high school career. ShaVonne graduated with honors as a Duke Scholar. She was also rec- ognized in the community by the Black Scholars for academic achieve-
ments.
In addition to her academic successes, ShaVonne excelled as a three-
sport athlete who lettered three times in volleyball, twice in basketball, and twice in flag football. She was also featured as athlete of the month for 17 kills in a volleyball game.
Plus, ShaVonne had an outstanding season with the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) in competitive volleyball tournaments.
God’s grace and ShaVonne’s dedication culminated into a full volley- ball scholarship at a HBCU, Paine College, in Augusta, Georgia. Lions Lit!
Congratulations are also extended to Shavonne’s brother, Freddie Brinson, III, a sophomore at Jesuit High School, for notable musi- cal achievements.
Freddie plays a variety of instruments (e.g., snare drums, bass drums, timpani, and marimba) in the marching band and in the concert band. He also received a superior rating for a marimba song he played in a Tampa Bay band competition, which led to him being selected as a Jesuit rep- resentative at the State Re- gional Solo and Ensemble Competition.
Freddie took top honors again and a superior rating with distinction for his Marimba solo; and was com- mended for his perfect musical pitch. He also plays the key- boards for the Elevation Life Center.
Last but never least, ongo- ing praises to the Almighty, for bringing home ShaVonne’s youngest sister, ShaTayshia Brinson. She is getting stronger every day and light- ing up all hearts with her smiles. Please join the prayers of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Freddie and Jencey Brinson, and their grand- mother, Mrs. Irene Brin-
FREDDIE BRINSON, III
son, that ShaVonne, Fred- die III, and ShaTayshia will continue to grow into being productive members of society that will be used for God’s glory.
The Brinsons are mem- bers of Friendly Missionary Baptist Church.
