MRS. CHARLIE MAE ROBERTS DIX BRUMFIELD
Homegoing Celebration services for Mrs. Charlie Mae Roberts Dix Brumfield, who passed away September 7, 2017, will be held Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 2 p.m., at New Testament Worship Center, 5107 E. 32nd Avenue, Tampa, FL 33610. Deborah Comellas, Senior Pastor, Bishop Roland Comellas, eu- logist. Committal will be made at the church.
Mrs. Brumfield, 87, was born on February 14, 1930, to the late Charles Berrian Roberts and Helen Arie Bell Roberts (Clinton), in Tampa, Florida. As a child, she moved to Riceboro, Georgia, and was educated in the pub- lic schools graduating from Liberty High School. She later relocated to Tampa.
She was a faithful, de- voted member of New Testa- ment Worship Center for over 20 years. She retired in 2005 from Courtyard by Marriott after being em- ployed for over 20 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Charles; brothers, William, Leo and Charles; uncles, Leo “Jabbo” and Roscoe; nephew, Leo Jr.; and sister- in-law, Bessie.
Charlie Mae is survived by her: brother Albert; chil- dren, James, III, (Carolyn), Michael (Mildred), Martha Barbara and Joyce; grand- children, Robert, Jr. (Ja- nine), Charla (Armando), Marques (Jessica), Mia, Denise, Shanon (Enoch), Erin, Darrin, Aliz, Monique (James), Kareem (Kevin), Michelle (Maimane), Dan, Jr., Terrence, James (Kris- ten), Daniel (Sandra), Charles C., Charles D., Michael, Damon (April), Curtis Jr. (Tenneil), Kimber- lyn (Michael), and Valerie (Tony); special nephews, Henry (Lisa), Albert, Jr., and Charles (Liquisha); special nieces, Alesia (Nolan), Lillie and Jackie Roberts; special twin cousins, Lula and Beu- lah (Wesley); a host of sor- rowing great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends, for- mer co-workers and church family.
The visitation will be held on Friday, September 15, 2017 at Harmon Funeral Home 5002 N. 40th Street, Tampa, from 5-8 p.m. The processional will assemble Saturday at 1:45 p.m. at the Church.

MRS. LEOLA ‘FRANKIE’ COLLIE
Mrs. Leola (Frankie) Collie, age 100, who was one of Je- hovah's Witnesses, passed away August 30, 2017.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, Sep- tember 16, 2017, at 2 p.m. at Florida Mortuary, 4601 North Nebraska Ave, Tampa, FL 33603.
She leaves to cherish her memories: daughter, Vasto- ria Reeves; son, Julius Collie; and friend, Patricia Francis; 4 grandchildren, Robert L. Brown, III, Julius Collie, Jr., Dane Jones, Lakeshia Ricks; 4 great grands, Vastoria E. Brown, Brooke Moore, De- marcus L. Evans, Jr., Daliyah Jones; nieces, Lillian Hod- gins, Daisy Kirce; nephew, Roland Ball; grandnieces, Michelle Samuel, Courtney Ball, Robin Jordan, Brenda McCowan (Owens); grand- nephews, James Cason (Gail), Anthony Reeves (Dorothy), Michael Reeves (Andreka), Harold Reeves (Annette), Andre Scott, Al- fonso Ball, III.
Her memories will also be shared by a devoted friend, Ms. Carolyn Shrimplin along with many other loving rela- tives and friends.

Homegoing services for Mrs. Janice Ann Hatcher, who passed away September 2, 2017, will be held Satur- day, September 16, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Harmon Funeral Home, 5002 N 40th St, Tampa, FL 33610. Pastor Dr. E. R. Boone, Great Commis- sion Baptist Church, officiat- ing. Committal will be made at the chapel.
Mrs. Janice Ann Hatcher was born January 18, 1966, in Tampa, Florida, to the parentage of Maggie Williams Smith and Robert Lee Smith. She was educated in the public schools of Hills- borough County.
In her early years, she met and married Reginald Hatcher. Janice was a born again Christian.
She leaves to cherish her memories: husband, Regi- nald Hatcher; a devoted mother, Maggie Watson; brother, Ernest Smith (Laretha); mother-in-law, Lillie Thomas (Howard); through time and space, 7 other brothers and 7 other sisters; a host of uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews, cousins, friends, sisters and brothers-in-law.

Homegoing services for Mr. Joseph Russell Reese, III, who passed away Sep- tember 6th, will be held Sat- urday, September 16 at 10 a.m. at Faith Outreach Cen- ter Church, 7607 Sheldon Road, George Walters, Sr., Pastor, Pastor Simuel Howard, III, officiating.
Joseph Russell Reese, III, was born on August 27, 1986, in Tampa, Florida to Sheila Veronica Reese and Joseph Russell Reese, Jr. Joseph graduated from Tampa Street School. Prior to his ill- ness, Joseph was a talented Cook who loved cooking for his family and friends.
Joseph was preceded in death by his paternal grand- parents, Ernestine and Simeon Brown; maternal grandfather, Bernie Max- well; maternal great grandfa- ther, Joseph Chapman, Sr.; uncles, Carlos and Gary Reese; cousins, Bernita Kir- lew and Jarred Lawson.

Homegoing services for Mrs. Amanda Penix Smith, who passed away on Septem- ber 6, 2017, will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2017, at 12 noon, at The Liv- ing Faith Assembly of God Church, 5500 E. Sligh Av- enue, Tampa, FL 33617. Rev. Zollie Smith, officiating. In- terment will take place at the Garden of Memories Ceme- tery.
Mrs. Smith was born on January 16, 1925, to the late Robert Wesley Penix, Sr., and Parrie Lee Lucas Penix.
She was preceded in death by 4 brothers and 3 sis- ters-in-law.
Mrs. Penix leaves to mourn 6 children: Mary Penix Hardin, Rev. Zollie Smith (Phyllis), Gwendolyn Wright, Dave C. Wright, Ronald L. Wright, and Robert C. Wright (Gilbertina); 14 grandchil- dren, 18 great grandchil- dren, and 1 great, great grandchild; along with other nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
Visitation for Mrs. Smith will take place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., at the Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4207 E. Lake Avenue, Tampa, FL 33610.
