Trey Songz Won’t Get Felony Criminal Charge In All-Star Weekend Incident
Trey Songz will not have to face a felony criminal charge for the alleged assault of a woman, because the L.A. Dis- trict Attorney has decided there’s not enough evidence to move forward.
Law enforcement sources say the singer’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, gave multiple witness statements to LAPD that con- tradicted Andrea Buera’s ac- count of events during NBA All-Star Weekend in February. Holley also provided docu- ments that called into question Buera’s credibility.
The case will now be referred to the L.A. City Attorney, who will decide whether or not Songz with face a lesser charge of misdemeanor domestic vio- lence.

Parsons.
The TV project will be exec- utive produced by Peter
Chernin and Jenno Top- ping. National Geographic will also produce.

nections to the royal family. In the suit, they accuse the investor group of defamation, libel, and interference with
contractual relationships.
The complaint alleges that one of the investors spread a false and harmful rumor about Kwatinetz, referring to the league’s African-American players as “Rich Nigg*s,” racist language he said he “never had and never would” use. It also claims the investors told play- ers and outsiders that the
league was poorly managed.

Tamar And Vince Hit With More Liens Against Their Family Home
Tamar Braxton’s finan- cial problems have reportedly worsened as her Calabasas mansion has been hit with $244k more in tax liens.
According to The Blast, Braxton’s estranged hus- band Vincent Herbert has been hit with multiple liens against the home, as a com- pany, Townsgate Capital Cor- poration, sued the music producer and won a judgment of $104,031.57 last year. Vince has yet to pay up and now they’ve hit him with the lien.
A couple weeks later, Uni- versity Limousine filed a lien against Vince and Tamar’s mansion. The court docs ex- plain how they sued Vince over unpaid services and won a judgment in the amount of $113,861.71.
Vince and Tamar pur- chased the estate back in 2013 for $10.5 million.
Tamar and Vince went on vacation with son, Logan recently. They bought their home for $10M in 2013.
They put the property on the market in October for $15 million but unlisted it recently.
Their latest financial woes come as a lien was filed against Tamar by their former nanny of over $213,000 she was awarded over unpaid wages.
That’s about $450,000 in liens, so any profit Braxton
was hoping to bag from the sell of her family home will be much less than she wants be- cause the couple’s debts will be deducted.
Tamar and Vince are cur- rently in the middle of a head- line-making divorce, however, over the weekend they were spotted on vacation together with their son in Cabo.
