Grow House Bust Nets More Than $1M In Marijuana
Police Investigate Theft Of $6,450 Bracelet
GOLDEN NUGGET THEFT
Police are searching for a man in connection with the theft of an expensive bracelet. The theft took place Wednes- day.
According to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office, shortly after noon, a Black man with dreadlocks went into the Golden Nugget Pawnshop, 11217 U. S. Highway 19. He asked to see an 8” Cuban link, 14k yellow gold bracelet.
When the pawnbroker re- moved it from the showcase, the man snatched it and fled the scene. The bracelet is val- ued at $6,450.

Mom, Boyfriend Charged With Abusing 4-Year-Old

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office raided a Val- rico home Thursday. During the raid, they seized mari- juana with a street value of more than $1 million.
The raid took place at 1513 Kyle Court. Victor Perez Madrigal, 49, was taken into custody and charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to sell, trafficking in marijuana (25 to 2,000 pounds); possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, grand theft, and maintaining a place

for drug use.
According to police, a
court authorized search war- rant was exercised at the resi- dence. Police discovered two rooms which were converted for the sole purpose of culti- vating marijuana. Detectives seized 41 mature plants that weighed 522 pounds.
Tampa Electric Company responded and located an ille- gal electric connection pro- viding unmetered electricity to the scene and determined that the theft of electricity was valued at $7,713.57.
AMBER JONES
Police have arrested a woman and her boyfriend in connection with the abuse of a 4-year-old. The abuse was discovered after medical at- tention was sought for the child.
According to the Hillsbor- ough County Sheriff’s Office, Ms. Amber Jones and her boyfriend, Allen Michael Stanford, both 28, shared a residence in Thonotosassa with Ms. Jones’ little girl. Earlier this week, they took the little girl to Brandon Re- gional Hospital Emergency Room for treatment. The child reportedly had signifi- cant and visible injuries to her entire body.
The couple told officials that the injuries and wounds were self-inflicted. However, hospital personnel contacted the Hillsborough County

Deputies responded to
the hospital and launched an investigation. The investiga- tion reportedly revealed that the injuries were consistent with a pattern of physical abuse over time. Her injuries were not life-threatening.
Police said Stanford is not the child’s biological fa- ther.
He was arrested and charged with 3 counts of ag- gravated child abuse and 1 count of felony child neglect with great bodily harm. Ms. Jones was arrested Tuesday and charged with felony child neglect with great bodily harm and felony failure to re- port child abuse.
The little girl was placed in the custody of Child Pro- tective Investigators. The in- vestigation is continuing.
Reward Offered For Wanted Felon
Road Rage
Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $3,000 for a man. He is wanted for failing to appear in federal court.
According to a news re- lease Savannah Markey Rolle, 31, was on Pretrial Re- lease in connection with a fed- eral arrest. He was slated to appear in federal court on January 15th, for his sentenc- ing hearing.
Rolle did not appear in court and a warrant has been issued for his arrest by the FBI. Investigators said Rolle is from Plant City and be- lieved to still be in Hillsbor- ough County.

A Pasco County man died late Tuesday night after be- coming involved in a road rage incident. The incident took place at the intersection of Collier Parkway and State Road 54.
According to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office, 38- year-old Scott Ryan Bar- tolotti became engaged in an argument with another driver. When the two drivers reached the intersection of Collier Parkway and State Road 54, shots were fired and one of those shots struck Bartolotti, causing his death.
Police have not identified the driver of the other vehicle or what caused the argument. The investigation is continu- ing, however, no arrests have been made.
