NFL Player Says TSA Spilled Late Mother's Ashes Inside Luggage
A. J. FRANCIS
New York Giants defensive tackle A. J. Francis called out the Transportation Security Ad- ministration on Twitter Mon- day morning for allegedly searching his mother’s cre- mated remains and spilling them in his checked luggage.
The tweet included a photo of ashes scattered all over Francis’ clothes with a TSA “notice of baggage inspection” note.
Within hours, TSA re- sponded to Francis on Twitter and offered their “apologies and condolences.”
“We’re very sorry to hear about this. We understand the emotional stress travelers are under when transporting the remains of a loved one,” wrote TSA. Adding that according to TSA policy, “under no circum- stances should the container be opened.”
Francis wasn’t impressed with TSA’s condolences, how- ever, responding to TSA’s Twit- ter account: “Under all circumstances f*ck yourself.”
Bucs' Jameis Winston Working Out With Randy Moss
LeSean McCoy has been accused of beating his girl- friend, according to an Insta- gram post from her friend.
The user @Miamor_i_adore posted a disturbing picture Tuesday morning that showed a woman, who she says is Deli- cia Cordon, McCoy’s ap- parent girlfriend, with cuts, bruises and blood on her face with a caption that alleged, among other things, domestic assault by the Bills running back.
McCoy quickly denied the allegations. He said there's film of him in Miami training with the team. "This was a robbery, plain and simple."
“For the record, the totally baseless and offensive claims made against me today on so- cial media are completely false,” he said in a statement. “Further more, I have not had any direct contact with any of the people involved in
months.”
In a statement released
later in the night, Cordon’s lawyers said she was physi- cally assaulted by a male as- sailant “who entered the home with no signs of forced entry.” They claimed the man de- manded specific items of jew- elry that McCoy had previously gifted her and also requested back more than once. They also alleged that McCoy “would often suggest to Ms. Cordon that she could be robbed because the jewelry was expensive.”
During the attack, Cor- don’s wrists were bruised and her face was hit multiple times with a firearm, according to her lawyers. The other woman injured was her cousin.
Police in Milton, Georgia are investigating the accusa- tions and the Bills are aware of the allegations against McCoy and are looking into it.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers star quarterback Jameis Winston will face reporters in two weeks when training camp opens for the first time since his three-game suspen- sion was announced.
In the interim, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback is working with, and getting ad- vice from, Hall of Famer Randy Moss.
The Bucs quarterback will sit out the first three games of the 2018 season for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy. The league concluded Winston touched a female Uber driver in an inappropri- ate and sexual manner with- out her consent in March of 2016.
Moss, who went through his own trials and tribulations

Rockets Reportedly ‘Determined’
To Sign Carmelo Anthony
The Houston Rockets could use some depth in their front court now that they have lost both Trevor Ariza and Luc Mbah a Moute in free agency, and they are report- edly aiming high to fill that need.
The Rockets are “deter- mined” to sign Carmelo An- thony once he parts ways with the Oklahoma City Thunder.
The Rockets are among the teams that Anthony is re- portedly interested in playing for, though money could be an issue. They already signed Chris Paul to a $160M con-
