Rajon Rondo To Reportedly Undergo Another Hand Surgery
RAJON RONDO
Rajon Rondo cannot seem to keep his shooting hand healthy this season, and the lat- est injury the Los Angeles Lak- ers point guard suffered is going to force him to sit out for an ex- tended period again.
Rondo returned to the Lak- ers’ lineup on Dec. 21 after he underwent surgery to repair a fractured bone in his right hand and missed 17 games. However, he was ruled out of Thursday’s game after suffering a sprained finger on the same hand during L.A.’s win over the Golden State Warriors on Tuesday.
Rondo will need another surgery on his hand and is ex- pected to be out a month.
Injuries have limited Rondo to just 14 games this season, and he is averaging 8.4 points, 6.7 assists and 4.4 re- bounds per game.
With LeBron James al- ready expected to miss multiple games because of a groin injury, injuries are piling up for the Lakers.

   Suicide Attempt
Ahead Of ESPN Story
Deion Sanders, the flamboyant former football star and NFL Hall of Famer, who rode high with two Su- perbowl rings under his belt, details his life lows, including a suicide attempt, in an auto- biography titled Power, Money & Sex: How Success Almost Ruined My Life.
While the autobiography has been around since the late 1990s, the resurgence of his story will be played out on January 31, 2019, in a new feature-length 30 for 30 doc- umentary on ESPN.
The film will take a close look at Sanders’ life when he played pro football and man- aged to play postseason base- ball games in two different cities at the same time.
Sanders, known as “Primetime” and now works as an analyst for the NFL Network, admits that he wasn’t always the happy-go-

lucky guy that he’s known to be. He reveals that in 1997, his first marriage to Carolyn Chambers, who is the mother of two of his children, Deion Jr. and Deiondra, was on the outs. And it was the catalyst that propelled him to almost end it all.
“I was going through the trials and tribulations of life. I was pretty much running on fumes,” he said. “I was empty, no peace, no joy. Losing hope with the progression of every- thing.”
James Harden was all about spreading that holiday love this Christmas, so his 3theHardenWay foundation partnered with the Target in Pearland, Texas to bless 70 children with a shopping spree that they are sure to re- member.
The Houston Rockets star shut down the store for a se- lect number of families and each child received a gift card to purchase whatever they wanted. Harden made a sur- prise appearance to share in the special moment.
He later wrote about the
experience on Instagram, say- ing that hosting a shopping spree for children “never gets old.”
“Another year in the books! Had a lot of fun with my annual Christmas shop- ping spree!!! The feeling never gets old. Thank you to every- one that volunteered to help make this event special each year. Looking forward to next year already!” he wrote.
The children and their parents reportedly received a “Merry Christmas” shirt from Harden’s foundation, which benefits those in need.

The Buffalo Bills will have a significant hole to fill on their defensive line this off- season, as veteran defensive tackle Kyle Williams has announced he will be playing in the final game of his career on Sunday.
