Presidential Candidate Michael Bloomberg Worships At New Mt. Zion
Democratic Party Presidential Candidate, Michael Bloomberg was in Tampa last weekend.
On Sunday morning (Jan. 26), he was slated to meet with former Mayor Bob Buckhorn. In the afternoon, his schedule called for a meeting with Mayor Jane Castor. However, before either of those meetings, Mr. Bloomberg and some of his campaign staff worshipped at New Mt. Zion M. B. Church, Rev. Larry L. Roundtree, II, Pastor, dur-
ing the 8 a. m. service.
Former State Representative, the Honorable Ed Narain, Esquire, and Hillsborough County Commissioner Les Miller, coordinated the worship service visit with members
of the Bloomberg Campaign.
After the service, Bloomberg spent time speaking with several of the members and guests.
The youth of New Mt. Zion serve on the 4th Sundays. Last Sunday was “United We Stand Sunday.” The youth wore their Camouflage attire, so did many of the adults, to show their
