According to court docu- ments, between December 2015 and January 2016, Raheem Lavontae Bryant sold crack and powder cocaine on five sep- arate occasions. The sales were made to undercover detectives from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.
Bryant reportedly met the undercover detectives in the parking lots of several busi- nesses in Tampa and Thonoto- sassa. A sentencing date has not been set in the case.
The case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives in conjunction with the Hillsbor- ough County Sheriff’s Office.
Suspect Arrested In Hit And Run Incident
CHRISTOPHER LABISSIERE
At 7:25 a.m. Friday, a Hills- borough County Sheriff’s deputy was conducting a traffic stop at Morris Bridge Road and Copeland Road when he heard several vehicles honking their horns.
The deputy said he noticed a white vehicle stopped in the roadway, and when he made contact with the driver and asked for his information, the driver reportedly became com- bative and fled south on Morris Bridge Road.
The rear tire of the suspect’s vehicle ran over the deputy’s foot, while the rear bumper clipped his hip. The deputy was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The suspect driving the ve- hicle was described as a Black male, 20-to-25 years- old with dreadlocks, a gold grill in his mouth, and tattoos down both arms.
The suspect was later iden- tified as 24-year-old Christo- pher Labissiere. He was later arrested near Williams Road and Joe Ebert Road, and charged with aggravated bat- tery on a law enforcement offi- cer driving with a suspended license with knowledge, and hit and run leaving the scene of a crash without serious injury.
Charged With Attempted
A 21-year-old Tampa man is facing attempted first-degree murder of a law enforcement officer. The man was shot after he reportedly fired several shots at the deputies.
Cpl. Brian LaVigne re- sponded to a domestic dispute shortly after 2 p.m. Thursday in the 10300 block of Blue Bell Place. When Cpl. LaVigne ar- rived at the scene, he observed a man, (later identified as Angel Jordanny Rodriguez Aviles), armed with a black handgun, standing on the side- walk at the intersection of Streamside Drive and Taywood Drive.
Cpl. LaVigne drew his de- partment issued handgun and ordered Aviles to drop the weapon. Aviles was actively engaged in a verbal altercation with his girlfriend and a wit- ness, police said.
At that point, Aviles is al- leged to have raised the hand- gun and fired at Cpl. LaVigne. Both the witness and the girlfriend fell to the ground attempting to avoid being hit by gunfire.
Deputy Michael Diaz ar- rived, drew his firearm, and both Deputy Diaz and Cpl. LaVigne returned fire as they retreated and took cover.
Aviles is said to have at- tempted to maneuver himself in a position to obtain a clear line of sight of the two deputies

and fired at them again.
The deputies continued to
return gunfire. Each time the deputies attempted to take cover, Aviles also maneuvered himself to keep them in his sight. At some point, he ad- vanced towards the deputies while firing the handgun, police said.
At some point during the exchange of gunfire, Aviles was struck twice in the left leg. At that point, he fell to the ground and stopped shooting.
Aviles was taken to a local hospital, where he was treated for his injuries. He was then taken into custody and charged with two counts of attempted first-degree murder of a law en- forcement officer and two counts of premeditated dis- charge of a firearm. He is being held at the Hillsborough County Jail without bond.
The deputies were not in- jured during the exchange of gunfire. However, Cpl. LaVi- gne’s vehicle was struck sev- eral times by gunfire.
PHILIP CARL OLSEN Olsen made plans to meet
the “child” for sexual purposes and drove to the location he believed was the “child’s” home on April 5th. When he arrived at the location, he was taken into custody and charged.
Olsen then learned that he had been communicating with an undercover agent. The case was investigated by the U. S. Air Force, Office of Spe- cial Investigations.
RAHEEM
A 55-year-old man was ar- rested last week and charged with attempted enticement of a child for illegal sexual activ- ity. He is alleged to have sent photographs to someone he thought was a 14-year-old male child.
According to court docu- ments, Philip Carl Olsen, an employee of the U. S. Com- mand Center, began chatting with someone he believed to be 14-years-old on April 1, 2016, and continued the chats until April 5, 2016.
During that period of time Olsen is alleged to have used a computer and his cell phone to entice the “child” to become sexually involved with him. Olsen is alleged to have graphically discussed the sex- ual acts that he want to engage in and sent the “child” a pic- ture of his genitals.
Olsen also asked the “child” to send him pictures of his genitals and a photograph of himself.

A second victim, Asia Spence, 22, was transported to a local hospital for treat- ment.
Spence reportedly told deputies she knew Sims, and he approached the victims while they were on their front porch and asked if he could use their phone.
Authorities said Spence allowed Sims to enter the house to use the phone while Martiszus went into the bathroom to take a shower. When she went into the kitchen to get a drink, Spence told deputies Sims slashed her neck with a knife, causing a cut, before stabbing her in the stomach.
On Saturday, Tampa Police arrested a 19-year-old man and a juvenile after a police pursuit and crash.

Police said Jesse Stephenson was driving the stolen car. He was arrested on charges of fleeing to elude, grand theft auto, being a felon in possession of a firearm and violation of probation.
Police said Stephenson and two teenagers were in the stolen vehicle at the time of the crash. One of those teenagers
was arrested on an active juvenile war- rant, and a third was re- leased to his parents and is not facing any charges.
ANDREW SIMS
As Spence ran to a neigh- bor’s house to call 9-1-1, she told deputies Sims went into the bathroom and started at- tacking Martiszus while he was in the shower.
Spencer reported seeing Sims and Martiszus fighting in the living room. Sims fled the apartment while Mar- tiszus collapsed in the grass in front of the apartment.
Deputies later found a bloody tee shirt behind a nearby shopping plaza that matched a description given by Spence.
Sims had fresh injuries and minor cuts on his arms when he was arrested.
