Steve Harvey’s show has been canceled after Kelly Clarkson’s upcoming talk show took over his time slot. RadarOnline.com can exclu- sively reveal Stevewas canceled because the host was too cheap to hire any real talent!
According to a television in- sider, the 62-year-old turned down an A-list booker because it was too expensive.
“Instead he has a daytime person producing a night time type-show,” the insider said. “So many industry people called when it first started and said how unwatchable it was.” The source claimed Harvey’s goal is to become a “billion- aire.”
“He’s 60 years old, time is running out, so it was now or never,” the source said. “But Steve is one of those people who he doesn’t like the whole 10 percent business [to pay his
STEVE HARVEY
manager], because he’s a cheap a**. The man is very cheap.”
According to another in- sider, the place is now a “bloodbath,” as people are in agony over losing their jobs.
“Everyone is fired and looking for new jobs,” the in-
sider said. “Steve couldn’t care less... He isn’t worried that all these people can’t pay their rent.”
As Radar previously re- ported, the Steve staff wrapped up production on the Los Angeles set this week.
In an interview with Vari- ety in January,
Harvey admitted his show was dropped by NBCUniver- sal, but said he still hoped the show would get picked up else- where.
He certainly didn’t win over the staff. Radar reported Harvey wrote a nasty email to his employees after the show relocated to L. A. from Chicago in 2017.
“Do not come to my dress room unless invited,” he or- dered. “Do not approach me while I’m in the makeup chair unless I ask to speak to you di- rectly.”
Kodak Black, whose legal name is Bill Kapri, was ar- rested Saturday night (May 11) on weapons charges. He was apprehended prior to his scheduled performance at the 2019 Rolling Loud Festival at Miami Gardens’ Hard Rock Stadium.
The controversial rapper is
facing state and federal charges following an investiga- tion by U. S. Marshals, U. S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Miami-Dade Police De- partment’s North Side Gang Unit. According to the Miami Herald, U. S. Marshals called it an “extensive investigation.”
Taraji P. Henson Announces Two-Day 'Can We Talk?' Mental Health Summit
Feds Charge Ex-Fugees Pras Of Campaign Finance Fraud In The 2012 U. S. Presidential Election

Actress Taraji P. Henson announced that her Boris Lawrence Henson Foundation (BLHF) will host a two-day men- tal health summit to help nor- malize mental health conversations in the Black com- munity. The inaugural “Can We Talk?” conference and benefit dinner will take place on June 7- 9 in Washington, D.C.
The Empire star has been a vocal advocate for de-stigmatiz- ing mental health, and has been equally open about her own struggles with depression and anxiety. Henson founded her nonprofit in 2018, a namesake for her father Boris Lawrence

Henson, who struggled with mental health after his active duty service in the Vietnam War.
“We’re walking around bro- ken, wounded and hurt, and we don’t think it’s okay to talk about it,” she recently told Variety. “We don’t talk about it at home. It’s shunned. It’s something that makes you look weak. We’re told to pray it away. Everyone was al- ways asking me, ‘Do you have a charity?’ Well, dammit, this is going to be my calling, because I’m sick of this. People are killing themselves. People are numbing out on drugs. Not everything is fixed with a pill.”
Pras, aka the “other” Fugee, is facing federal charges of campaign finance fraud in the 2012 U. S. presi- dential election in a case in- volving an international fugitive financier and a Malaysian investment fund.
Pras, government name Prakazrel Michel, is accused of helping Malaysian financier Jho Low, who’s been on the run from authorities for years, make and conceal foreign cam- paign contributions in the 2012 presidential race.
The Justice Department charges Pras used fake donors to give campaign cash to a 2012 U. S. presidential hope-
ful, whom authorities in the in- dictment only identify as “Can- didate A.”
Authorities say the money used to make the fraudulent donations was embezzled from a Malaysian investment fund known as 1MDB.
In addition to lining the campaign coffers of Candidate A, prosecutors say the looted cash was used to finance the movie The Wolf of Wall Street and other Hollywood films, as well as buy expensive jewels and art.
Pras’ lawyer, Barry Pol- lack, says the former member of hip-hop’s iconic Fugees, is “innocent.”
