Cash Money founder Bryan ‘Birdman’ Williams is facing an- other lawsuit.
Birdman, the Cash Money co-founder has to remain wor- ried about a $300,000 lawsuit regarding unpaid wages to an alleged former employee.
According to The Miami Herald, Miami-Dade County Circuit Court Judge Rodney Smith recently tossed out Bryan William’s motion to have the suit from Javier Nuno dismissed.
Initially, a security guard working at Birdman’s Palm Is- land mansion received the pa- perwork from the process server and Birdman said the procedure wasn’t executed properly.
However, Smith apparently thought it was good enough.
Nuno said he “worked like a dog” and punched in upwards of 70 hours some weeks.
