Jeff Bezos, Amazon (AMZN) founder and CEO, is now the second-richest per- son on the planet, besting Warren Buffett of Omaha- based investment conglomer- ate Berkshire Hathaway (BRKA). Bezos' wealth climbed to $75.6 billion on Wednesday, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index.
Jeff Bezos is only 2nd to Bill Gates.
That tops Buffett's $74.9
billion and $74.2 billion esti- mated for Amancio Ortega, the founder and controlling shareholder of European clothing company Inditex.
Helping Bezos get to the No. 2 perch: A rally in Ama- zon shares to a record. They closed up 2% at $874.32, lift- ing Amazon's market cap to $422 billion.
Bezos owns nearly 17% of Amazon's shares, worth $70 billion, according to S&P Global Market Intelligence.
Fake Butt Doctor Sentenced To 10 Years After Woman Who Received Injections Dies In Prison

BROWARD COUNTY, FL —- Oneal Ron Morris, bet- ter known as the “Toxic Tush Doctor,” pled guilty to manslaughter and was sen- tenced to 10 years in prison Monday, (March 27) after a patient died from a botched cosmetic butt surgery.
Morris, 36, reportedly used a deadly cocktail of rub- ber cement, superglue and tire sealant for butt injec- tions, that ultimately killed Shatarka Nuby.
Nuby died in March of 2012. She was in prison for identity theft when she passed away. Nuby died at the Tallahassee Federal Cor- rectional Institute.
Morris’ sentence, in- cludes five years probation
along with a year she already served for practicing health care without a license.
Although transgender, Morris will serve time in a men’s prison. Family and friends of Nuby, appeared in court and begged the county judge for a harsher punish- ment.
According to the arrest affidavit, Nuby said she paid Morris $2,000 for treat- ment to enhance her butt, hips, breast and thighs from 2007 to 2010. She wrote a letter from prison when her butt began turning black and she found out Morris had been arrested for injecting the deadly cocktail into oth- ers.
Nuby aka “Dutchess"
wrote, ‘Morris would per- form the injections at her house in Broward County. If you're getting medical proce- dures done at anyone's home, please stop. If you don't, you could end up dead.’
Nuby has three children.
Morris’ Defense Attor- ney William Lanphear ar- gued that Morris’ patients knew she wasn’t licensed, and liability should be fairly parceled out.
At sentencing, Morris read from a prepared state- ment and maintained inno- cence.“I have never ever, or would dare ever, inject or have injected any human with any type of unknown substance.”
