BID PACKAGE 01 – ENABLING WORK
Hensel Phelps will be accepting bids for the Early Enabling Work, Bid Package 01. The Bid Package will include the following scopes of work: Office Trailers, Office Trailer Cleaning, Office Trailer Communication Wiring, Testing & Inspections, Project Fencing, Pedestrian Controls Logistics, Demolition, Precast, Civil Development, Mechanical (HVAC & Plumbing), Fire Protection, and Electrical.
Hensel Phelps invites all WMBE, prime and subcontractors to join the Interested Vendors List and be invited to Prequalify for bidding opportunities. The project website http://tiacurbside.henselphelps.com will provide the link to Building Connected to join the list. The website will also list announcements and associated dates regarding the Main Terminal Curbside Expansion Project.
Hensel Phelps is committed to exceeding HCAA’s WMBE goals on the project. Goals will be established for each scope of work to maximize WMBE participation.
