MRS. PATRICIA GROOMS-KING
A Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Patricia Grooms-King, of Tampa, Florida who passed away on Tuesday, October 13, 2020, will be held Saturday, Oc- tober 24th, 1:00 p.m. at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Mar- tin Luther King, Jr. Blvd, Rev. Timothy Lancaster, officiating.
Our beloved, Patricia Grooms-King was born in Donal- sonville, Georgia on November 30, 1947. Patricia loved her fam- ily. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie James and Katie Bell Grooms; husband, Ronald King; son, Reginald King and sister, Ann Grooms.
She leaves to cherish her memories with: her son, Ronnie King (Felicia); granddaughter, Breah King; 4 great grandchil- dren; sisters, Linda, Wanda, Sharon (Clifton), Vicki (Jafar), Stephanie (Daryl), Debra and Christina; brothers, Reginald (Lavern), Tony (Dorothea), Jason (Bridgette) and Archie; 17 nephews; 6 nieces; and a host of great nephews, nieces, cousins and friends; special devoted friends, Cynthia, Josephine, Lisa, Delores, Mrs. Parker and Mrs. McCloud.
The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home from 5:00-7:00 p.m. The family will be present from 6:00-7:00 p.m. We are following the CDC guide- lines.

MR. HENRY SCOTT, JR.
A Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Henry Scott, Jr., who passed away October 9, 2020, will be held 11 A. M., Saturday, October 24, 2020, at First Missionary Baptist Church of Highland Pines, 4711 E. 21st Ave., Tampa, FL 33605, with Rev. Harold Scott, Pastor, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Ave., Tampa, FL 33610.
Henry Scott, Jr. was born on May 30, 1966 in Plant City, FL to Sally McDonald Scott and the late Henry Scott, Sr. He attended Plant City High School in the early 1980s. Henry Scott was engaged to his lovely fiancé, soon to be wife, Ms. Dorothea “Dee Dee” (2) kids.
Henry Scott loved the Lord and didn’t mind witnessing to others about Him. Everyday was a celebra- tion. Mr. Scott was a certified or- dained minister and became a very powerful motivational speaker who had an amazing impact on many people’s life in such a short period of time.
Mr. Scott departed his life on Friday, October 9, 2020, and was preceded in death by: his grand- mother, Annie Lee McDonald; his father, Henry Scott, Sr.; his son, An- tonio Lamar Scott; his 2 uncles, David “Midnite” McDonald and Ernest McDonald; 2 aunts, Berthinia Woodard and Leola Mc- Donald.
He leaves to cherish his memo- ries: his mother, Sally McDonald Scott; 5 children: Curtis Murphy (wife, Tameka), Shemyra Haynes (husband, Randy), Chauncy Williams, Jerome “Scooter” Scott (Latasha) and Kendra Smiley; 25 grandchildren; 1 sister, Sgt. Major, Myra McDonald; son (son, Rashe Dean); 1 brother, Christopher Scott (son, Christopher Scott); 2 uncles; 3 aunts and a host of cousins, family and friends.
Visitation will be this Friday from 5 to 8 P. M. at Harmon Funeral Home, 5002 N. 40th St., Tampa, FL 33610 (face masks are required in- side the building, we deeply appre- ciate your cooperation). All are asked to assemble at 10:45 A. M. at the church for the processional on Saturday.

MRS. MARY HAZEL SMITH
A Homegoing Celebration for Mrs. Mary Hazel Smith, who passed away October 15, 2020, will be held 1 P. M., Saturday, Oc- tober 24, 2020, at North Bay Missionary Baptist Church, 3711 E. North Bay St., with Rev. Carl Harris, Pastor, officiating. Inter- ment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park, 4615 E. Hanna Ave., Tampa, FL 33610.
Mrs. Smith attended the pub- lic schools of Cherokee County, NC. and completed her educa- tion in Elizabethton, TN. At an early age she married Harrison C. Smith. She loved spending time with her 9 grandchildren. She was a born-again Christian and a faithful member of North Bay M. B. Church.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, Harrison Smith and 6 brothers: Joseph, William, Hardin, Harby, Paul and Earl.
She leaves to cherish her memories: 1 daughter, Diane Walker; 1 granddaughter, Nikki Walker; 2 grandsons, Harrison Walker and Collin Walker; a host of family and friends.
Friends of the family are asked to assemble at the church Saturday 12:45 P. M. for the pro- cessional.

A Homegoing Celebration for Mother Josephine Gould Sams, of Tampa, Florida, who entered into her heavenly home on Sunday, Oc- tober 18, 2020, will be held Satur- day, October 24th, 10:00 a.m. at Orange Hill Cemetery, 4900 E. Chelsea Street, Tampa, Florida, 33610, Bishop Matthew Williams of Brown Memorial Church of God in Christ, officiating. The interment will follow.
Josephine Gould Sams was born on May 8, 1929, in Oveida, Florida, to the late Andrew and Thelma Gould.
Mother Sams enjoyed her church functions at Brown Memo- rial Church of God in Christ, cook- ing for holidays, raising roses in her rose garden, and loved baseball and football.
She was preceded in death by: her parents; husband, Larger Sams; daughters, Brenda Bell Sams Williams and Gloria Mickens; son, Albert Lee Sams; sisters, Mable Francis, and Martha; and grand- son; James Lee Sams, Jr.

MR. BOBBY STOREY, JR.
A Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Bobby Storey, Jr., of Tampa, Florida who has transitioned to be with the Lord on October 16, 2020, will be held on Saturday, October 24th, 3:00 p.m. at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Mar- tin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Rev. Ronnie Murray pastor of Greater New Friendship M.B. Church, of- ficiating.
He was born April 8, 1950, in Americus, Georgia. He loved watching TV (westerns, news and football). He was a generous man and a great father. He loved his family and love spending time with them every chance he had.
The Tillman Barbershop was his favorite meeting place on Sat- urdays. He attended Greater Friendship M. B. Church.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Robert and Odessa Storey; daughters, Romona Mc- Grew and Pamela Storey; and sis- ter, Bernice Storey Lock.
