Dungy’s Advice To Winston: ‘Don’t Think This Is The End Of The Line’
TONY DUNGY
Former Tampa Bay Bucca- neers coach (who was fired by the Bucs) and current NBC an- alyst Tony Dungy weighed in on the Bucs' current quarter- back situation on Tuesday dur- ing a national radio interview, and offered star quarterback Jameis Winston advice on how to deal with his benching.
Dungy noted that even Winston has run out of chances in Tampa Bay, he shouldn't feel that this is the end for him, saying that he only need look at the ghosts of Buc- caneers quarterbacks past who have found success after leaving Tampa Bay.
The Bucs have a history of getting rid of good players who move on to other teams and be- come All-Pros and win the Super Bowl. For example, Doug Williams, Aqib Talib, Michael Bennett, LeGar- rett Blount, Steve Young and Trent Dilfer.

Dante Fowler For Draft Picks
QB Vs. Panthers
The Los Angeles Rams ac- quired defensive end Dante Fowler, Jr. from the Jack- sonville Jaguars on Tuesday for a third-round draft pick in 2019 and a fifth-round selec- tion in 2020.
He will become an unre- stricted free agent after this season.
Fowler joins a loaded Rams defensive line rotation that already includes Aaron Donald, who leads the NFL with 10 sacks, Ndamukong Suh and Michael Brockers. All four players are former
The Tampa Bay Bucca- neers will start Ryan Fitz- patrick at quarterback this week against the Carolina Panthers, coach Dirk Koet- ter announced Monday.
"We're gonna start Fitz this week. That's what we feel like we need to do to give our- selves the best chance," said Koetter, who would not com- mit to a starter beyond this week.
“This is just for right now. Right now. I mean, the most important thing we got is this week. We'll just have to see how things go. I don't like switching quarterbacks. That's not in my make-up to switch quarterbacks. But I just feel like we've got to make the switch at this time."
Koetter benched quarter- back Jameis Winston on Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals after the former No. 1 overall pick threw his fourth interception of the game, which was returned by safety Jessie Bates for a touch- down.
Fitzpatrick rallied the Buccaneers from an 18-point fourth-quarter deficit to tie the game, but Cincinnati won 37-34 on a field goal with no

time remaining. Fitzpatrick went 11-for-15 for 194 yards and two touchdowns.
Turnovers have plagued Winston since college and played a big role in Koetter's decision. He has 11 turnovers in four games (three starts).
Winston has now thrown multiple interceptions in a game 16 times in his career, breaking a tie with Blake Bortles for the most multi- interception games since he entered the league in 2015.
The Bucs already have picked up the fifth-year option on his contract, worth $20.9 million, but that is guaranteed for injury only. They could cut him with zero financial impli- cations prior to the beginning of the new league year on March 13, 2019, at 4 p.m ET.

taken with the third overall pick in the 2015 draft, Donald was picked 13th in 2014, Suh second in 2010 and Brockers 14th in 2012.
Packers Trade Ty Montgomery To Ravens For 2020 Draft Pick
The Baltimore Ravens made a low-risk move to help the NFL's No. 24 rushing at- tack, trading a draft pick to the Green Bay Packers for running back Ty Montgomery.
The trade comes two days after Montgomery made a special-teams error, running a fourth-quarter kickoff out of the end zone and making a costly fumble in a 29-27 loss to the Los Angeles Rams. The

On Tuesday, Winslow maintained his innocence, telling Fox 5 that the charges are an attempt to take his money.
"It's a money grab, and un- fortunately that's the society
