Residents Encouraged To Use Tap Water
One of the hardest things to find as Hurricane Irma ap- proaches is bottled water. However, officials are reminding res- idents that tap water is available for use and consumption.
If residents cannot purchase bottled water, they can fill con- tainers with lids with tap water for use if the use of water is in- terrupted as a result of the storm.
Tap water can be used for drinking as well as in food prepa- ration.
