Nigerian Brothers Look To Change Africa, World With New Company

brother, Sylvester Okafor believe that every business should run as efficiently as possible. That is why they, along with their partner, Michael Adesokan, created the company NxtSolution Group Inc.
According to the company profile, NxtSolution is a start- up dedicated to providing in- novative support services to private and public organiza-
tions in such areas as human resource management, pro- curements and finding the best ways to turn waste into energy. These are things that the company’s founder, Henry Okafor, says busi- nesses would be better off out- sourcing while they focus their attention on making the best products.
“A lot of companies don't offer support services,” Okafor says. “So, as a result, we wanted to provide an op- portunity for companies to

concentrate on what they do best... Manufacture. We take care of everything else.”
The founders of NxtSolu- tion view their corporation as an international entity capable of satisfying the needs of cus- tomers globally. But even as they look to spread their wings across the planet, Okafor says they have plenty of time for the little guy as well.
“We don't discriminate,” Okafor explains. “We deal with small and large scale companies. We can even help
local business owners in the Tampa area with our human resources management.
“For instance, if someone opens a barber shop, and doesn't have any barbers, we could find barbers for him. Like I said, we do it all.”
Under the NxtSolution Group umbrella the three men, all natives of Nigeria, have also developed two other imprints including NxtFlava, which aims to help local and international recording artists gain exposure through their streaming service and NxtPay, a mobile payment app, de- signed specifically for the needs of Nigerian citizens, that Henry Okafor believes will have a profound impact on the West African nation’s economy.
“NxtPay will bring about a radical change in Nigerian so- ciety,” Okafor says. “It will change the system of cash hoarding and business trans- actions. It will improve Nige- ria's GDP as well as attract foreign investors into the country.”
According to NxtSolution Group CEO Sylvester Okafor, if NxtPay is success- ful, it will also be a major win for other nations across the African continent. "The biggest hurdle NxtSolution Group faces to date is the lack of substantial capital needed to bring Nxtsolution to the consumers,” Okafor states.
“With adequate funding, NxtSolution is capable of de- veloping advanced technolog- ical services that will benefit society in Africa, instead of re- lying on western countries to bring such development to Africa.”
Currently NxtSolution Group is offering qualified in- vestors the opportunity to get in on the ground floor of, what has the potential of being, a lu- crative endeavor in an un- tapped Nigerian market.
And, according to Henry Okafor, if NxtPay can gener- ate the same level of success currently being enjoyed in India, where 45 million people have subscribed to a similar app called PAYTM, investors should expect very healthy re- turns.
“What they're doing in India blows my mind,” Okafor exclaims. “If it works in India it can work in other parts of the world as well. So I feel good about our ability to make a lot of money for our in- vestors.”
