Teens In Stolen Car Die After Hitting Tree
Man Faces
Early Monday, police re- sponded to a traffic accident where a vehicle struck a tree and burst into flames. Both occupants died.
According to the St. Pe- tersburg Police Department, officers responded to the in- tersection of 38th Avenue North and 49th Street, North, shortly after 3 a.m.
When they arrived at the scene, they discovered a white 2016 Mazda Miata. The vehicle, which had been re- ported stolen, had crashed into a tree before catching afire. Both occupants were burned beyond recognition.

Detectives are currently searching for three men in connection with a robbery. The robbery took place Mon- day.
According to the Hillsbor- ough County Sheriff Office, three Black men entered the Metro PCS, 11200 E. Dr. Mar- tin Luther King Blvd., in Seffner. All three were wear- ing masks and gloves. They also appeared to be armed with an AR pistol style firearm.
The suspects shoved an employee and forced him into an office at gunpoint while they removed cash and cell phones. The men then fled the business using the back door.

A 28-year-old man died at a local hospital after being in- volved in a traffic accident. The accident took place Mon- day.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Uber driver Tiffany Pittman, 29, re- sponded to a restaurant in Brooksville for a fare. When two unidentified men had placed Sheng Hui Lin, of Brandon, in her vehicle. She was driving to Brandon when Lin, who was intoxicated, be- came agitated in the vehicle. When Ms. Pittman reached area where Interstate 4 and Interstate 75, meet, Lin jumped out of the vehicle be- fore it completely stopped.
He then stepped into on- coming traffic and was struck by two vehicles, driven by Ms. Kayla Montgomery, 20, of Tampa, and Alan Weeks, 55, of Land O’ Lakes, respectively.
Lin was transported to Tampa General Hospital, where he died as a result of his injuries. No charges are ex- pected to be filed.

A 40-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with a shooting death. The incident took place last Friday.
According to the Pinellas Park Police Department, Lawrence Lee Fagan, 63, of St. Petersburg, and Corey Montego Small became en- gaged in a verbal argument while inside an apartment at 7231 Cedar Court, in Pinellas Park.
At some point during the argument, Fagan was shot several times. Police were called shortly before midnight and discovered Fagan lying on the ground. Fagan was transported to an area hospi- tal, where he died a short time later.

During the investigation, detectives identified Small as possibly being involved in the altercation. Following addi- tional investigation, police ar- rested Small and charged him with second-degree mur- der and being a felon in pos- session of a firearm.

Two Cars
A 33-year-old woman died Sunday night after falling from the back of a motorcy- cle. The motorcycle was trav- eling eastbound on Interstate 4 when the accident took place.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Ms. Jacquelyn Kay Linde- mann, of Kihei, Hawaii, was a passenger on a 2006 Yamaha motorcycle driven by Charles B. Spencer, IV, 32, of Orlando.

terstate 4 west of Branch Forbes Road, shortly before midnight. For undetermined reasons, Ms. Lindemann fell off of the motorcycle and was lying in the road, near the 16 milepost. A vehicle driven by Ms. Vanessa Rose Law, 36, of Plant City, then struck Ms. Lindemann. She died at the scene.
Both Ms. Law and Spencer returned to the scene of the accident. No charges are expected in the case.
