Mr. Jamal R. Harris went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 5, 2018, in Jack- sonville, Florida. The celebra- tion of his life will be held at New Hope Baptist Church, 3005 E. El- licott Street, Tampa, Florida, on June 22nd at 12:30 p. m.
He was born on January 26, 1978 in Tampa. He graduated from Chamberlain High School in 1995, where he excelled in all subjects. He enjoyed sports and volunteering. But he mostly en- joyed putting smiles on people’s faces.
Jamal was preceded in death by his mother: Carolyn L. Har- ris; grandparents; Gloria Harris, Annie Bell Johnson and Earl Harris, Sr.
Jamal leaves his cherished memories with: his father, Earl Harris, Jr., and stepmom, Sherma Harris; brother, Earl Harris, 3rd, and stepbrother Jer- emiah Harrison; sister, Nicole S. Harris; niece; Siobhan D. Dyson and many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
The family will accept meet- ing with friends after the service at a restaurant of their choice to share happy memories.

BROTHER REGINALD V. WILLIAMS, SR.
Brother Reginald V. Williams, Sr., of Tampa, passed away Friday, June 15, 2018. Funeral services will be held Friday, June 22 at 10 a. m. at Mount Tabor Missionary Baptist Church, 2606 W. Grace Street with Pastor T. D. Leonard, officiating. Interment will be held at 2:30 p. m. in the Florida Na- tional Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida.
Brother Reginald V. Williams, Sr., was a native of Lake City, Co- lumbia County, FL and a resident of Tampa (Carver City) for many years. He was the oldest of five children to loving parents, Frank and Francena Robinson and Napoleon Jenkins.
He was educated in the public schools of Columbia County, grad- uating from Richardson High School, Class of 1955. Shortly after graduation, Brother Reginald en- listed in the United States Air Force and served proudly for 20 years. He began a second career with The Hobart Corporation, and retired after 15 years.
Brother Williams was a mem- ber of Mt. Tabor M. B. Church where he and his family served in the reverence of the Lord. As a Civic and Community Activist, Brother Reginald established the Forrest Heights Baseball Little League, worked with the neigh- borhood association, the Ameri- can Legion, and the Masonic Family.
He was known to family and friends as “the neighborhood fix-it man.” He was also the keeper of the family records and history.
He was preceded in death by: his brother, Lester Robinson and father, Napoleon Jenkins.
He leaves to cherish his mem- ory: his devoted wife of 57 years, Sister Ora Lee Osborne Williams; his children: Bruce and Janice Williams, Patronica and Anthony Barthel, Reginald V. Williams, Jr. and Evelyn Williams; honorary children: Thaddeus and Al- phanette Jenkins; grandchildren: Bianka Waller, Brittany, Precious, and Christian Williams, Renée and Joshua Wallace; three great- grandchildren: Curtis Waller, Rodney Johnson, and Anika Fields; his brother: Frank Robin- son, III; his sisters: Hortense Cole, Gloria Daniels, and Valeria Coles, and Albernese Jenkins; brothers- in-law: George, Samuel and David Osborne; god-daughters: Zanetta K. Robinson, Lisa Morrison and Angelique Anderson; and a host of extended family: nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, to include the Carver City-Lincoln Gardens fam- ilies and communities, the McNair family, and so many more.
The remains will repose from 5 to 8 p. m. Thursday, June 21 at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.
