Rihanna was crowned best in R&B during last night’s 2017 iHeartRadio Music Awards, which cele- brate the best in music.
The R&B/Pop superstar won “R&B Song of the Year” for her mega hit ‘Work,’ fea- turing rapper Drake and “R&B Album of the Year” for her eighth studio album, Anti, which is certified 2x plati- num.

Remy Ma ‘Not Proud’ Of Nicki Minaj Diss Song, shETHER
It appears Remy Ma is feeling some type of way fol- lowing “shETHER” diss aimed at Nicki Minaj.
On Tuesday, the “All The Way Up” rapper partook in a Facebook Live Q&A for Buz- zfeed’s Another Round pod- cast. And of course, the first thing she was asked about was her beef with Nicki, which she claims she never even wanted to go at to begin with.
“I do not condone or re- commend the tearing down of another female. That’s not what I do,” she said.
“Anybody that knows me knows that I embrace females [...] I think we work so much better when we work together and when we help each other [...] However, in the event that you piss me off and we become arch-enemies, run for cover,” Remy Ma says.
She also reportedly says

Nicki Minaj has been super busy, and has no plans right now to respond to Remy Ma, al- though she started the fight.
It appears Nicki Minaj has no immediate plan to respond to Remy Ma's diss records. According to reports, Nicki feels Remy’s accusations in the diss tracks are just blatant lies given to her from various industry people, including Lil Wayne, Ebro, Trey Songz, & Safaree.
The source says Nicki is not hiding from anything either, she's just busy. Nicki is cur- rently in the middle of some high-profile appearances at Paris Fashion Week, along with being featured on two re- cent songs with Future & Gucci Mane.
For what’s worth, Nicki isn’t ruling out a response ei- ther, it just won’t be any time soon is all.
This comes about 24 hours after Lil Jon said Nicki shouldn't respond.
China McClain and Nafessa Williams will star as the daughters of Black Lightning.
Deadline Hollywood an- nounced today that Nafessa Williams and China Anne McClain are joining
Based on the DC Comics se- ries of the same name, the show will feature Cress Williams as Jefferson Pierce, a metahuman with electro-magnetic abilities who fights evil as ‘Black Lightning’.
Williams and McClain will star as Black Light- ning’s daughters, Anissa and Jennifer Pierce, re- spectively.
In the comics, Black Lightning’s daughters even- tually don the cape and cowl themselves, becoming heroes known as Thunder and Lightning.
McClain is best known for her role as Jazmine Payne in Tyler Perry’s House of Payne. Williams was a re- curring guest star on CBS’ Code Black, and currently stars in Showtime’s Twin Peaks reboot.
The CW’s Black Light- ning will be written by Being Mary Jane alumni Mara Brock Akil and Salim Akil; as of now, there has only been a pilot order, but here’s hoping this series makes it to television.

Chris Brown And Karrueche Tran Face Off In Court
Attempts to serve Chris Brown with a temporary re- straining order have reportedly proven unsuccessful for his ex, Karrueche Tran, who now plans on taking her request to the next level.
Tran reportedly faced Brown in court on Thursday (March 9) since he has evaded receiving the temporary re- straining order three times.
