Fantasia Suffers 2nd Degree Burns In Accident
Trick Daddy and Trina are coming home. The Florida rappers are returning to Slip- N-Slide Records for a collabo- rative album.
Sunday, (March 5) me and Trina signed a deal for a ‘Trick & Trina’ collabo album,” Trick Daddy told Mass Appeal. “So we bringing the city back. I just want this Trick & Trina record to be classic.
Trick Daddy and Trina first collaborated on the 1998 hit single “Nann Ni**a.” Al- though the two never released a project together, they fre- quently appeared on each other’s work. Now, they will reunite for a full-length LP on the label that made them stars.
“[The collaboration album is] just something the fans al- ways wanted, and now we’re officially going to make it hap- pen,” Slip-N-Slide CEO Ted Lucas said.
Fantasia had to be taken to the hospital after being burned.
Rappers Predicted To Blow Up In 2017
Fantasia Barrino suf- fered 2nd degree burns to her arm when she knocked over a vaporizer in her sleep.
Sources close to the singer say she was dozing on her tour bus Sunday with an aro- matherapy vaporizer nearby. She uses it to soothe her vocal cords. We're told she thinks she rolled over onto the ma- chine's cord, which caused hot water to spill out on her right forearm.
Fantasia was alone on the
bus when the accident oc- curred -- everyone else was inside the Memphis venue getting ready for the show that night.
The burns were bad, but docs removed the damaged skin and expect her to heal fully ... without surgery or permanent scarring.
She had to postpone the Memphis gig, but Fantasia plans resumed the tour with Charlie Wilson and John- nie Gill Wednesday night in Los Angeles.
According to XXL, Music fans took to Twitter to have a say about which new artist will have the biggest 2017.
Artists such as Don Q, XXXTENTACION, Nav, Kamaiyah and Kyle have created a few waves in the in- dustry and everyone is look- ing forward to what these artists will bring to the table.
Don Q hasn’t been in the game for too long, but he’s al- ready stamping his name as one of the best newcomers in the industry. He started out dropping mixtapes with his
label mate and close friend, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie and from there, his name cat- apulted into the spotlight.
XXXTENTACION has made a huge splash online, despite (or perhaps because of) being locked up since last year.
Kyle’s collab with Lil Yachty “iSpy” has gone na- tionwide, while Nav just signed to The Weeknd and Kamaiyah is about to bust the year open with her new mixtape.
Bobby Brown Breaks Down Onstage On Bobbi Kristina’s 24th Birthday
Bobbi Kristina would have turned 24 years old on March 4th, and in remem- brance, her father R&B singer Bobby Brown dedicated his song “Tenderoni” to his late daughter at his concert in De- troit on Saturday.
Before he could begin, how- ever, he broke down as he re- membered her, wiping away tears with a towel. When he collected himself enough to sing, he was still clearly choked up.
The R&B singer also shared a bunch of photos of his daughter he co-parented with the late Whitney Houston on Twitter.
