Black Panther Star Sends Internet In Overdrive Over New Girlfriend
Brandy If Finally Free To Record New Music
Brandy is finally free! Well, almost.
The R&B/actress star has been locked in litigation with her former label and the battle has ultimately blocked her from releasing new material.
That hold-up looks to be over, though.
Both Brandy and Breyon Prescott, CEO of Chameleon Entertainment have reached a settlement in their legal wran- gle over rights to release music.
Said agreement will see her initial suit and their counter- suit dismissed upon sign-off from a judge.
To refresh on the drama... Brandy signed a deal with the Presscott imprint and, after partnering up with RCA for dis- tribution, released ‘Two Eleven’ in 2012.
Issues abound though come the time to release a second project under the partnership.
Brandy and her former label head, Breyon Prescott have reached a settlement.
Both parties agreed that a dif- ferent distributor ought to be sought out for the follow-up to ‘Two Eleven’. However, prob- lems surfaced when – accord- ing to Brandy – Chameleon bailed on funding the said proj- ect (in the way they funded the first).
Ultimately, she sued for re- lease from her contract and to be awarded the coins promised per the agreement.
Tamar Braxton Is Doing Too Much
Rumors hit the Internet at the top of this year that actor Michael B. Jordan may be off the dating market. The Black Panther star is rumored to be dating a woman named Ashlyn Castro, and Twitter seems to have a lot of opinions about his dating preferences. Social media has reportedly erupted in a debate regarding Jordan and the young woman because of their racial differences.
Michael B. Jordan is African-American, while Cas- tro is reportedly Latina. Some Twitter users seem to be upset by the actor’s new girlfriend. Their complaints seem to be rooted in the past rumor that

Jordan doesn’t date black women.
It’s unclear whether Jordan and Castro are actually dating. The rumors began swirling after The Jasmine Brand posted a video on Instagram of the two at a holiday party.
Tamar Braxton spilled all of her personal business via social media, but now has deleted her In- stagram account completely, as well as allegedly disrespecting her tour mates Xscape by inviting Tampa native Khia and her pod mate TS Madison of Queens Court on stage in Atlanta to allegedly taunt Toya Wright.

Fans couldn’t keep up with the on-again, off-again couple over the holiday, as they went through a slew of ups and downs — Vince was arrested
on Christmas day on alleged suspicion of spousal assault. Both Tamar and Vince re- united for New Year’s. Tamar is closing out her ap- pearances on tour with Xs- cape. in LA this weekend, but the partnership did not come without drama.
Tamar was once besties with Tiny of Xscape The friendship went south for a while (Tamar is Tiny’s baby girl, Heiress’ godmother), be- fore Tiny’s hubby, T.I. got in- volved, that led to the two rekindling their friendship, and possibly leading to Tamar joining the reunion tour.
However, the friendship that once included Toya Wright and Kandi Burruss was frayed. So, instead of lay- ing low and doing her job, Tamar decides to invite trash talking and controversial ‘Queens Court” duo Khia and TS Madison to join her on- stage during the Atlanta stop of the Xscape reunion tour to allegedly taunt her former friend, Toya.
Toya and her fiery daugh- ter, Reginae, have an ongo- ing feud with the Queens Court duo. The appearance didn’t happen, because al- legedly Xscape star Kandi shut it down.
Alicia Keys Wants No Parts Of Hubby’s Fight With Luxury Car Company
Alicia Keys is fighting to be dismissed from a $16.5 mil- lion lawsuit filed against her and husband Swizz Beatz by luxury car company bosses.
In September of 2017, lawyers for Metro Gem Leasing sued Swizz, 39, and Alicia's company, AK Worldwide Pro- ductions, accusing the pro- ducer of reselling and fraudulently using leased lux- ury cars after he defaulted on the leases.
In the complaint, the couple are accused of having five leas- ing agreements in default, in- cluding a $155,000 Range Rover and $600,000 Ferrari F12.
According to The Blast, 36- year-old Alicia has filed papers claiming she was not involved in the agreements, that her name is not included in any agreements, and that to the

best of her knowledge, any cars were returned.
The singer also accuses ex- ecutives at the leasing firm of trying to involve her in the suit to maximize the potential pay- out.
Swizz, real name Kasseem Dean, has filed a separate mo- tion looking to dismiss the case, accusing Metro Gem Leasing bosses of trying to ob- tain money from him due to his status as a public figure.
