Car Crash That Killed Ashley ‘Ms. Minnie’ Ross Not A Hit And Run
ASHLEY “MS. MINNIE” ROSS
When the initial reports of
Ashley “Ms. Minnie” Ross’ death came in, it was reported as a hit and run.
In a statement on her In- stagram page, her publicist Liz Dixson wrote: “Ashley Ross aka “Ms Minnie” of Little Women Atlanta has succumbed to injuries from a tragic hit and run car accident today at the age of 34.”
But in the days since the accident took place on Sun- day, new information has been released.
According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, police indicate that Ross lost control of her vehicle and crossed into oncoming traffic.
AJC reports that Lt. Der- rick Rogers of the South Fulton police said, “Ross’ Nissan Sentra hit a curb along Old National Highway near the intersection of Lantern Lane. She lost control, crossed into the northbound lanes and hit a Ford Focus head-on.”
While Ross suffered seri- ous injuries and was taken to the hospital to treat them, the driver of the Ford Focus suf- fered minor injuries.
Additional details about the case are being withheld as it is still being investigated.
Lifetime had announced that season 6 of “Little Women: Atlanta” had already been filmed.
There has been no word about how they would handle Ross’ unexpected death.

Kanye West is returning to his roots once again.
According to WGN9, the Chicago-bred billionaire re- cently bought his childhood home in the city’s South Shore neighborhood for an estimated $225,000.
The house has a compli- cated history. Kanye’s mother, Donda West, orig- inally bought the property in the 1980s. In 2004 she sold it and the house fell into dilapi-

It’s been over a year since Jacquees made the brow- raising claim of “King of R&B,” and the aftershocks are still rippling through.
Mario has now become the latest singer to lay claim to the throne, though he does have quite a few caveats. While doing an interview with WGCI Chicago on Instagram Live on Tuesday (April 28), Mario said if you’re talking straight skill, he’s your guy.
“If we really talking about just straight, pure skill...” Mario began. “We not talk- ing about relevance, we not talking about who puts out 100 songs a year – we talking

He later added he just has “too much flavor.”
