MS. JULIA MAE SIMMONS (AKA Sister)
Homegoing Celebration for Ms. Julia Mae Simmons, AKA Sis- ter, who passed away February 20, 2020, will be held Saturday, March 7, 2020, at 1 P. M. at New Bethel Temple of Deliverance, 6221 Palm River Rd., Tampa, FL 33619, with Pastor Montel Thomas officiating.
Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Ave., Tampa, FL 33610.
Ms. Simmons was born Octo- ber 10, 1943. She loved her chil- dren and grandchildren with a deep devotion and unselfish sacri- fice for her three kids: Linda Aikens, Bridgett Simmons and John Earl Simmons, Jr. She loved people and was always willing to help anybody she could, and never would complain about her circum- stance. She would pray and trust God. She was a hardworker who worked for University of Tampa as elevator operator, Security Guard and operated a Cleaning Service.
She was preceded in death by: her mother, Lena Mae Williams; grandmother, Julia Mae Williams; father, Frank Mitchell; sister, Louise Mitchell; brothers: Clarence Cole, Clement Williams and Louise Williams.
She leaves to cherish her mem- ories: daughters, Linda Aikens and Bridgett Simmons; son, John Earl Simmons, Jr.; grandchildren, Fen- neica Simmons, Derrick Jackson and Carris Aikens; great grand- children, Christopher Brown, Jr., Hasani Brown, Diamond Brown, Derrick Jackson, Jr., Destiny Jack- son, D’andre Jackson, Devin Jack- son, Darius Jackson, Devarie Jackson and Diamond Jackson; nephew, Kevin Green and the Green Family; cousin, Sylvia Mitchell.

Carlos Edman Jaramillo, II, was born December 16, 1987 in Tampa, FL, to Carlos Edman Jaramillo, Sr. and the late Evan- gelist Francenia Lynette Boyd. He departed this life on February 20, 2020.
Carlos grew up in the church and was baptized at a young age under Pastor Louisa Campbell of New Bethel Temple of Deliver- ance. He was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and later received his GED.
Carlos was always full of en- ergy, loving caring and always had a smile that would light up a room. He was and is a beloved son, brother, father, grandson, nephew, uncle, cousin and friend. He loved his family and they loved him even more.
On Thursday, February 20, 2020, Carlos entered his eternal rest to be together again with his mother, Evangelist Francenia Boyd.
He leaves to cherish his mem- ories: his son, Isaiah Mesilas and daughter, Kamara Jaramillo; beloved father, Carlos Edman Jaramillo; grandmother, Over- seer Louisa Campbell; brothers: Julio Jaramillo (Kaona) and Matthew Jaramillo; sisters: Hillary Jaramillo and Fulvia Lizeth Jaramillo; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and loved ones.
Carlos was preceded in death by: his mother, Evangelist Francenia Lynette Boyd; grand- mother, Fulvia Rengifo de Jaramillo; grandfathers, James Boyd, Sr. and Francisco Escolas- tico Jaramillo Solis; uncle, Jonathan Forte; and cousin, Cedric Jaramillo.
Visitation will be held on Fri- day, March 6, 2020, from 6-8 p. m. at Integrity Funeral Services, 3822 E. 7th Avenue, Tampa 33605.

C. J. was born November 8, 1988, in Tampa, FL. He was edu- cated in the public schools of Hills- borough County, and attended Freedom High School, where he was in ROTC and a student of Com- puter Mentors. He recently ob- tained his GED.
He loved playing basketball and he got along well with every- one. He also loved performing Rap.
He was baptized at an early age at New Hope M. B. Church, was a former member of People For Christ Ministries Church, and Shiloh Restoration Church.
Mr. Norton was predeceased by: his twin sisters, Carla and Car- letta; brother, Melvin; grandpar- ents, Melvin and Vivian Norton, Sr.; and Eddie Currelley; great grandparents, Elouise Jackson, Vi- vian Guzman, Susie Mae Hillman; aunt, Vivian Bates; great uncles, Waymond Spencer, Micheal Jack- son, and Tyrone Hillman; great aunt, Betty Currelley; and cousins,

Evangelist Gladys Holder, a.k.a. Pig as she was called by many and GaGa, by her grandchildren, was born April 22, 1967 in Tampa, FL, to the parentage of Douglas James Holder and Ethel May Myers, where she attended public schools and later started working as a secretary.
She was preceded in death by: her father; brother, James Holder; sister, Penesha Wimberly; and grandmother, Rosetta Holder; and a host of other relatives.
