Entertainer Wants Others To Join Community Organization

There is a movement going on throughout the city to en- gage young men and women in an effort to not just stop the violence, but turn that energy into something productive.
Promoter and entertainer, Odell Barnum, has joined a group known as “Build Your Community” (BYC), and they have already started their mission of looking for people who want to give back or right a wrong.
“You don’t right a wrong with another wrong. That’s why it’s important people join us, because as a unified group, we know we can stop he corruption that has in- vaded our communities.

direction that’s been laid be- fore us, and it’s up to us to change that direction. It has to start with us respecting each other, and absorbing the wisdom and knowledge of our elders.”
