Realtor Shares His Knowledge By Offering Free Classes

Advance classes also offer how to invest in properties; how to acquire properties with zero down and zero a month; property manage- ment, foreclosures, short sales, how to create trust ac- counts, and quick claims.
When talking about find- ing properties and investing, Serralles says the most im- portant thing is to find why the property is vacant or un-
derutilized.
