Tampa’s First Annual SoulFest Planned
The First Annual Tampa Bay SoulFest event takes place Sunday, January 15th, and features Brian McKnight, Johnny Gill, and Al B. Sure. It will begin at 7 p.m. at the USF Sun Dome.
The Tampa Bay SoulFest is an annual event in its first year held in Tampa. It is being presented by the Ybor City Jazz House Entertain- ment Venue, which is located in the heart of Tampa’s Ybor City District.
The venue’s owner, Eric Flem- ing, “grew up old school and classi- cal jazz music” is committed to being on the forefront of live music consistently coming to Tampa Bay. The goal of this event is to be recog- nized as a multi-cultural event in which all people with an apprecia- tion for good music come together and have old-fashioned fun. Whether they live in the Tampa Bay area, or travel from outside the state, what better city to visit, have a date night, girlfriend’s retreat, or weekend getaway.
Three good-looking, well loved performers will head up the SoulFest.
