18 Alleged Gang Members Indicted On Drug, Gun Charges

Eighteen Hillsborough County men were indicted for various federal firearms and drug offenses. They were arrested on Tuesday.
According to the U. S. At- torney’s Office for the Mid- dle District of Florida, those arrested are members of the “Bird Gang,” and all have been charged with various federal crimes.
The investigation came about as a result of a part- nership between the U. S. Attorney’s Office, the F. B. I., the Tampa Police Depart- ment, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, and the Drug Enforcement Adminis- tration.
Daily news outlets stated that the men indicted were in the Tampa Park Apart- ments. However, none of those taken into custody are Tampa Park residents and the house where the criminal activity took place is not lo- cated on any property be- longing to the Tampa Park Apartments Complex.
The arrests culminated a year-long investigation.
Those taken into custody

Allen Brown, a.k.a. “Jerusalem,” “Shawn,” and “Deshon,” 39, Wimauma; conspiring to manufacture, distribute, and possess with the intent to distribute cocaine, crack co- caine, heroin, fentanyl and oxycodone; possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon;
Edwin Carlon, 24, Ruskin, conspiring to manu- facture, distribute, and pos- sess with the intent to distribute cocaine, crack co- caine, heroin, fentanyl and oxycodone;
Jetavious Gaynor, a.k.a. “Cool,” and “Breeze,” 48, Tampa, con- spiring to manufacture, dis- tribute, and possess with the intent to distribute crack co- caine, and 500 grams or more of cocaine;
David Jerome Green, Jr., a.k.a. “Woodrow,” 36, Tampa, conspiring to manufacture, distribute, and possess with the intent to distribute cocaine and crack cocaine;

26, Tampa, distributing co- caine, conspiring to distrib- ute and possess with the intent to distribute crack co- caine, and distributing crack cocaine;
Marvin Grooms, 33, Tampa, conspiring to manu- facture, distribute, and pos- sess with the intent to distribute cocaine, crack co- caine, heroin, fentanyl and oxycodone; and distributing heroin;
Cornelius Jones, a.k.a. “C.J.,” 26, Tampa, conspiring to manufacture, distribute, and possess with the intent to distribute co- caine, and 28 grams or more of crack cocaine;
Tyree Derek Jones, a.k.a. “Re-Dub,” “Fat Twin,” and “Twerk,” 25, Tampa, conspiring to dis- tribute and possess with the intent to distribute crack co- caine, and distributing crack cocaine;
Lorenzo Knight, a.k.a. “Lo,” and “Black,” 32, Tampa, conspiring to manufacture, distribute, and possess with the intent to
distribute cocaine and crack cocaine;
Jerrod Lee, a.k.a. “Jig,” and “Mexico,” 38, Tampa, conspiring to manu- facture, distribute, and pos- sess with the intent to distribute cocaine, crack co- caine, heroin, fentanyl and oxycodone; distributing heroin; and distributing 10 grams or more of fentanyl (2 counts);
Sheldon Lillie, a.k.a. “Skeet,” and “Boogie,” 36, Tampa, conspiring to manufacture, distribute, and possess with the intent to distribute 28 grams or more of crack cocaine, and 500 grams or more of cocaine;
Ariscio Morgan, 43, Tampa, conspiring to manu- facture, distribute, and pos- sess with the intent to distribute cocaine and crack cocaine;
Bernard Pendleton, a..k.a. “Nard,” 47, Tampa, conspiring to manufacture, distribute, and possess with the intent to distribute co- caine and crack cocaine;
Deandre Perry, a.k.a. “Dee,” 37, Tampa, conspir-
ing to manufacture, distrib- ute, and possess with the in- tent to distribute cocaine and crack cocaine;
Timmy Ramsey, 40, Brandon, conspiring to man- ufacture, distribute, and possess with the intent to distribute cocaine, crack co- caine, heroin, fentanyl and oxycodone; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon;
Anthony Reed, Jr., a.k.a. “Packy,” 40, Tampa, conspiring to manufacture, distribute, and possess with the intent to distribute co- caine and crack cocaine;
Wandra Reynolds, 56, Tampa, conspiring to manu- facture, distribute, and pos- sess with the intent to distribute cocaine and crack cocaine; and
James Haskell Stephens, IV, a.k.a. “Jamie,” 42, Wesley Chapel, conspiring to manu- facture, distribute, and pos- sess with the intent to distribute cocaine, crack co- caine, heroin, fentanyl and oxycodone; possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon.
