FRATERNITY ENDS MENTORING PROGRAM WITH AWARDS CEREMONY
Recently, member of Pi Iota Chapter, of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., held their end-of-year mentoring program with an awards ceremony. The awards ceremony was held at Just Elementary School on June 2, 2016. The young men earned awards ranging from footballs to bicycles for their participation in the Fraternity’s Gentlemen’s Challenge. The Challenge included such acts as opening doors for young ladies and just being a gentleman in the community. The young men in attendance at the awards ceremony on the first row from left to right are: Jordan Navarro, Trnell Wright, Demerick Johnson, Jakobe Edwards, Michael Laughter, Galy Leandre, Roland Blakely, Trayvon Murray, Luis Lopez, and D’Alzo Beauford.
