R. Kelly Reportedly Denies Having Sex With Aaliyah's Mother
Kanye West’s latest Sun- day Service featured a special guest. DMX stopped by Yeezy’s weekly event on St. Patrick’s Day (March 17) and ended up saying one of his sig- nature prayers for those in at- tendance.
All of DMX’s albums fa- mously include prayers, so it was a fitting moment for the veteran MC. Kim Kar- dashian West captured video of his prayer and shared it via Twitter. DMX and his
manager also posted some photos from the event on In- stagram.
The Sunday Service cameo continued DMX’s comeback run, which has been in full swing since his release from prison in January.
The multi-platinum selling artist recently began a tour celebrating the 20th anniver- sary of his debut album It’s Dark & Hell Is Hot and just performed at the 2019 South By Southwest Festival.
R. Kelly is currently facing 10 counts of sexual abuse in the legal system, but he also continues to face accusations of ill behavior outside of the courtroom.
Lisa Van Allen, one of his exes who detailed his alleged abuse in Lifetime’s Surviving R. Kelly documentary, recently claimed Kelly had sex with Aaliyah’s mother Diane Haughton while he was in a relationship with Aaliyah. But according to TMZ’s sources, Kelly denies doing any such thing and says Van Allen is just trying to smear his name.

with Aaliyah, revealing he had sex with the late singer’s mother in one such conversa- tion.
“He actually stayed at their home in Detroit and her mother actually was sexually attracted to him as well,” Van Allen said. “And he said when Aaliyah went to sleep, he would go in the living room and him and her would do sex- ual acts on the couch while Aaliyah was sleeping in the bedroom.”
Kelly is due back in court on Friday (March 22) for the next hearing in his sexual abuse case.

However, Smollett has main- tained his innocence through- out the ordeal and his lawyers said in a statement that the actor has vowed to fight the
Smollett’s lawyer, Tina Glandian, entered a not guilty plea on behalf of her client, who is facing 16 felony counts of disorderly conduct. Back in January, Smollett said he was attacked by two white men, who hurled racist and homophobic slurs his way. However, police allege Smol- lett planned the assault with Nigerian-American brothers, Olabinjo and Abimbola Os- undairo, as a publicity stunt because he was “dissatisfied with his salary” on Empire.
