Teen Missing Since August Turns Himself In To Police
Body Found In River
Exactly seven months after being reported missing, a Tampa teenager has been located. He walked into the Hillsborough County Sher- iff’s Office on Sunday and said he wanted to turn him- self in to police.
The family of Micheal Shine, III, reported him missing on August 17th. They said he had not been seen since August 15th. Police said Shine was in good health.
During his absence, de- tectives said they had fol- lowed up extensively on every lead around the clock, while staying in regular con- tact with the family. During the investigation, Shine was classified as a runaway.
Detectives were able to confirm that Shine lived with friends for a short pe- riod of time in November 2018.

by the Tampa Police Depart- ment, a spokesman said.
Last Friday night, the body of a woman was discov- ered in the Hillsborough River. The body was found at 1710 N. Highland Avenue, by a water taxi employee.
Tampa Police are waiting on positive identification from the Hillsborough County Medical Examiner’s Office. However, the family of Ms. Deborah Washing- ton Saucier believes the woman is their family mem- ber who was reported miss- ing more than 2 months ago.
Ms. Saucier has been missing from her East Tampa home since January 8, 2019. Her family reported her missing on January 11, 2019.
According to police, Ms. Deborah Washington Saucier was last seen around 9 a.m. in the 1200 block of E. 18th Avenue.
At the time of her disap- pearance, Ms. Saucier was 62 years of age and is 5’3” tall. She weighed 200 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. Ms. Saucier also has a scar on her left wrist. She also has a visible surgical scar on her left shoulder.

driving her vehicle. However, the vehicle was found aban- doned near Julian B. Lane Park, 1,000 block of N. Blvd., on Monday, January 14th. Her purse, ID, keys and cell phone were located inside the vehicle, police said.
A retired educator, Ms. Saucier left home without her medication and was con- sidered endangered.
Detectives have followed all leads they have received. However, none of them have led them to the whereabouts of the mother and grand- mother.
