Signing Day In Hillsborough County
The first Wednesday in February is signing day for high school athletes around the county. Even though other sports are included in the signing, more focus is placed on the football players and what college they choose to attend.

The student that signed from Middleton High School is Kyler Edwards, who signed with Bethune-Cookman University on a full scholarship. Kyler is shown with his mother, Dianne Johnson; and coaches: left to right Charles McDonald, Antonio Nelson, John Courtney and Head Coach Fred Reid.
These students from Hillsborough High School also enjoyed Signing Day. They are: Rok Scott, who will be attending Mesaba Range Community College; Ma’at Lee has committed to Independence Community College; Terence Doston signed with West Virginia University; Charley Dean has committed to Harvard Univer- sity; J. T. Brown, University of Arkansas Pine-Bluff; Michael Austin, Dodge City Community College; and Juan Nunez, St. Johns River State College.
